Dr Mark Ireland has been my physician for more than 20 years. Very personal, attentive care. Recently experienced a medical emergency and he was truly concerned and available to help me navigate hospital, specialist and surgical care. Michele, his nursing staff, is amazingly helpful and responsive.

I have been a patient at Ireland family practice Since 1989. The staff has always been caring about my family needs. Dr Mark Ireland has always been there for my family if he retires I really don't know what I would do. Probably stop going to the Doctor. I have been going to Dr. Ireland for many years. I like the fact that he is flexible in allowing me to help plan my own treatment. I have definitely become much healthier under his guidance. He takes the time to explain why he wants me to do something or take something.

3 times this Dr and his staff failed to inform us of our test results. When asked they lied and said the Doctor had an unlicensed professional discuss our referrals us and yet couldn’t produce when or where they referred us. Dr. Ireland is always available and takes the time to discuss any emergent health issues and the best solutions in layman terms.

This is a great office and staff to work with. They all are very knowledgeable, accommodating, and feel like they’re family! Dr. Ireland and his staff always have time to answer a question too! Our 5+ years have been a positive experience with them!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ireland for 7 years and fell he is one of the best primary care doctors I have had in my 70+ years. His staff is always friendly and efficient.

More of an internship training place. I’m not sure any doctoring going on here. A general doctor and everything is about labs. No care here to be found. It’s better to go see google.

Worst experience with a so called doctor in my live. From the time he rushed in the room, after I waited for almost an hour, he acted as if I was an inconvenience. When you have to explain to a doctor that milliliters are equivalent to cubic centimeters it’s way past time to just walk out.

I'm new to this area .So when it was time to find a family Doctor I tried to call and put me on hold for 30 minutes. ????Then I called back again and didn't even bother to pick up the call ,just to me on hold again...I thought well if this is the attention I'm going to get on the phone...I can just bet the same attention in person. Dr. Mark is a fantabulous doctor. Who listens and makes a difference in my life! I love the convenience of texting or calling HE IS THE GREATEST!!

Dr Ireland has been my family physician for over 20 years. We have always received excellent attentive care. A few years ago we signed up for his MDVIP practice and have found that the care, and responsiveness have exceeded our expectations. Thank you Dr. Ireland for caring for us all these years.

Very dissatisfied. First visit I had to wait over an hour in the office (after waiting in the waiting room) Doctor never called back with results (several times).

Most awful place for a private practice! They billed my insurance wrong and I ended up paying more money! Office staff were not accomidating to the upsetting news and were rude and condescending, correcting me after every word without providing any apology or offer to waive the fees. When your insurance premium is high and they charge you $300 for an office visit, that's crazy?!! On top of all this they didn't offer any insight to my issue I came in for in the first place. My wife and I both have had repeat issues ranging from insurance billing issues to simply not being listened to. Most recently we received a referral to go visit another doctor. Ireland said that they would be in contact with us. After over week we ended up contacting the doctor ourselves only to find out that the referral had never been sent and even worse he had referred us to a doctor that didn't even take our insurance. They also love to add tests without informing you so you won't know until you get a $1500 bill out of nowhere. I love Dr. Mark Ireland. He's an amazing, down to earth, caring human being who is willing to take the time to listen to you. I never have to wait that long to be seen, nor do I ever feel rushed. Great friendly staff, a clean environment and up to date with technology makes all the difference in my book. Not to mention its a Real family practice, with his son working along side him there. Best Dr.ive ever had very kind and caring.staff is great.

I meant to write this review a year ago, but this is the doctor my mom had been taking me to for a few years. I never quite felt like I was being taken seriously. I went in January 2016 and my main purpose for going was that I had lost 20-30lbs in a 6 month span of time. I was 104 lbs. The doctor was more concerned with bringing up details of my hobbies from when I was 16 (from my last visit, 3 years prior) I left and got on the phone with my mom as I didn't feel right about the appointment and how everything happened and she encouraged me to go back in and speak about what had happened. When I returned the doctor said "oh, I thought you said you had gained weight, I figured it was just your birth control" I haven't gone back, still don't have an answer about why I lost so much weight, and don't plan to return. Unless you join his 'Concierge' (MDVIP) service for $2,000 per year, prepare to be up-sold, experience long office wait times and difficulty getting office appointments on any reasonable timeline. The glossy MDVIP sales brochure includes the feature: "Same-day or next-day appointments that start on time". So if you're not kicking in for the premium service, you're gonna wait. And if you mention how long the wait has been, you will get an MDVIP brochure and a sales pitch.

I saw Dr. Ireland in May for stomach pain. He prescribed meds and told me if I didn't get better to call him. He spent allot of time pushing his "preferred physician program" u pay almost $2000 a year to get preferential treatment. My stomach pain got worse so I contacted the office several times, but neither he nor his staff got back to me. When I called the office manager and told her of my distress she talked up the preferred plan again. I wrote him a personnel letter, yet still no response

Excellent caring Doctor, great staff very efficient would highly reccomend
