Dr Mark Hsiao is one the best! He took care of my mom and now she can walk without pain. I am so glad he took his time and walk us through the process. Excellent doctor caring understanding and took his time!

I have been having a foot problem for a while, went to see Dr. Hsiao after having to tell him where it hurts, he told me what was wrong and he gave me a shot and advice me to wear a specific shoe and as of now it has been almost a month and I have no problem on my foot. He is a great Dr. and he listen to you and explains whats wrong and also has great bedside manners.

I would highly recommend Dr. Hsiao! He has wonderful bedside manner and a very caring spirit. I would recommend him to my friends and family members if they had an injury that would involve his care. He explains things well. He is simply the best!

Dr. Hsiao completed a successful labrum and biceps repair. From the first appointment until the final follow-up, he has been completely open with options and expectations. He treats his patients with the utmost respect and dignity on both a personal and professional level. The explanation of the procedure and time taken to know the individual put me at ease throughout the process and made recovery more manageable.

I would highly recommend Dr. Hsiao. He spent the right amount of time working with me pre-surgery, explaining my options in a very clear and logical manor that was simple to understand. When I was ready, he performed a torn labrum and a bicep tenodesis repair. His guidance pre and post surgery was extremely helpful. Over the months after he built a great relationship with me and continued giving exceptional care. He has fully addressed all my concerns over a 7 month time. He is truly a professional with a great attitude and he inspires confidence in my recovery.

Dr. Hsaio evaluated a torn bicep tendon in my shoulder after 18-months of pain, therapy, and incorrect diagnoses. Dr. Hsaio diagnosed me in seconds and carefully explained my options and the benefits for each. After deciding to surgery was my best option for my shoulder, Dr. Hsaio explained the procedure, what he'd be doing, and the post-surgery process and timeline. The surgery was a complete success and the recovery/physical therapy process and timeline were just as he indicated. During periodic re-evaluations, he took time to examine me, remembering my the names of my family, and even took time to watch me during a physical therapy appointment. I'd recommend him to anyone needing surgery.

My experience with Dr. Hsiao was great. He evaluated me and assured me that everything would be fine. He diagnosed me when every other doctor failed to find the issue. That was when I started to trust his knowledge. After my surgery he maintained contact and checked on me routinely. I would recommend Dr. Hsiao to anyone having other issues. I have experience healthcare professionals that speak to you in medical terminology however Dr. Hsiao discussed the injury, damage, surgery, and recovery in terms that a baby would understand. He is awesome.

I was recommended by a co-worker to ask for Dr. Hsiao for the surgery and his recommendation did not disappoint me. My experience with Dr. Hsiao has been great and I look forward to my follow up appointments. Dr. Hsiao was clear and understanding on my injury and what I needed to do to fix my injury, but he never pressured me into making a decision. Dr. Hsiao always expressed interest in my life and future plans, which made it extremely easy to request the surgery I needed. My post-op follow ups and physical therapy plan has been exactly what Dr. Hsiao mentioned. I would highly recommend him to anyone and I would seek him out again for advice or any other surgery I need.

Dr Hsaio evaluated my condition, determined that I'd already undergone all available and approved alternative forms of treatment, and it was time for surgery. He explained the what the procedure entailed, what he'd be doing, and the post-surgery process and timeline. The surgery was a complete success and the recovery/physical therapy process and timeline were just as he indicated. I'll be using him as my surgeon for the other shoulder next year if I can.

Outstanding service, I'm very glad he did my shoulder surgery, everything was well explained and the follow ups were very detailed. He always made time time for any of my concerns and questions even when I didn't have an appointment, he made sure to give me some time. I felt very comfortable throughout the process and my recovery was speedy.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Hsiao who did surgery on my ankle. He always took his time to listen and answer all my questions as well as making sure I completely understood the procedure. Dr. Hsiao was everything I expected and more. Pre-op he took the time to go over the surgery procedure for my meniscus; he explained the pros and cons. He ensured that I was at ease going and coming out of surgery. Post-op he was even more available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Dr. Hsiao was great. He took the time to talk and explain the benifits and draw backs to surgery. He was very pleasant to talk with and did not spend the whole time talking over my head with medical terms. I would recommend him to anyone who has knee problems.

Dr. Hsiao is an incredible surgeon and the epitome of a caring, honest, physician. When I recently ruptured my quadriceps tendon, he immediately scheduled my surgery to ensure I did not have future complications. After my surgery, he personally supervised my radiological exam in the recovery room. For each post op visit, he carefully evaluated me and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Dr. Hsiao for any orthopedic needs.
