Dr. Mark Gregory

I should have done more research, I feel guilty for taking my 19yr old to a “non narcotic” practice. A noble and lofty thing to say after the opioid crisis but she left in severe pain! She was never “out of it”. Awake and writhing in pain within minutes of leaving. They told me to get OTC pain meds! Really? Then they were to call in something slightly stronger but failed to do so. Absolutely no reason for wisdom teeth to be a traumatic experience in 2023. I strongly feel my daughter‘s sedation and pain management were grossly mishandled. I will not bring my other two, who currently need wisdom teeth removed, and inform the referring dentist, who we all love, about this experience. I hope this helps someone. Go elsewhere for what you’re expecting.

woke up from sedation after wisdom teeth procedure immediately in immense pain, I was not on any sort of gas or pain reliever when i woke and was very aware of the pain going on, I tried to tell doctors and was told to take ibuprofen.

Things were going well until the young lady that discussed our insurance and cost for treatment made comments that my perspective didn’t make sense to her. I expressed to her that we are trying to decide if removing my sons wisdom teeth is medically necessary at this time. I told her that I believe “why fix something that’s not broken”. After sharing a story about her friend, she thought it was okay to suggest that my view didn’t make sense while she laughed. Those choice words are offense and suggest that the views of patients aren’t valued even it they are different from doctors and staff. In her efforts to convince patients to schedule, she should be very careful with her word choices because what makes sense to her may not make sense to someone else.

Never again waisted a day of work and school for my child only to say they had to wait to see if insurance was gonna pay for it they was supposed to verify from the beginning

I gave the front desk lady my two DENTAL insurance cards one of which she ignored saying its not dental. After my consultation she came back with the amount to pay. Once again I told her to check my other insurance. She said its probably preventative blah blah blah. I asked her to check to which she said "I can't right now I'll call tomorrow then call you after." No call next day so I reached out 30 minutes before closing. A lady answered saying she would make note and I would get a call next day. Nothing. When someone is bringing you business, why don't you just listen to what they are telling you. It's your job to check insurance so just do your job.

The staff did not listen to me at all I felt very unheard and unwelcome. I asked them 4 times to please send me the treatment plan I’m paying all this money for. I only got one email in spam from a Ruth Cavazos that was supposed to be my treatment plan when all the other appointment reminder emails were from doctor mark Gregory . No one told me the explanation of why they need so much money from me was going to be from some random girls name I’ve never heard of. Extemely unprofessional and quick to take my money but im still waiting on my refund which is money I need to still get my infected tooth taken care of so now they’ve left me with nothing . Worst experience with dentist in my life

I am very satisfied with the service Dr. Gregory and his staff provided. I had two teeth extracted in November ‘22, and subsequent implant surgery in February. Both surgeries were done without any problems and practically pain free. Dr. Gregory and staff provided detailed pre and post-op instructions which were easy to follow, and they followed-up post surgery after I got home to make sure I didn’t have any complications. I highly recommend Dr. Gregory and his caring staff.

I thought all the employees I dealt with were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and generally, it was a really pleasant office atmosphere. As a new patient, I was given the opportunity to fill in my paperwork ahead of time so as not to have to wait and do it in the office. They also had already checked all my insurance and knew exactly what was covered and what my bill was going to be now and when the work they do on me is done. I was referred to this office by my dentist but I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Every nice a spacious. Everyone greeted. They kept apologizing because they were down a person. But for me it didn't seem like it. I was in and out in 1 hour. Easy. Everyone worked as a team and made sure everyone was comfortable. Thank you.

I appreciate that Dr. Gregory told me the reasons behind his recommendation when 2 options were presented. It really helped put my mind at ease regarding the decision.

Today was my (unfortunately) third implant in about a span of a decade. Everything went as planned. This time though, due to internet connection issues, things were delayed a bit. However, the kind staff member gave me the option of rescheduling or waiting a bit. I chose the latter. Dr. Gregory was, as in the past, professional, courteous, and friendly. Dr. Gregory exudes confidence, the most important factor for me. If you have to see a dental surgeon, then you have my recommendation. Dr. Gregory is a non-narcotic practice. Wisdom tooth removal was successful, but pain was intense, and they will not give you more than 800mg of ibuprofin. i was never informed beforehand, or else i would have not gone to this doctor. if you need more pain management, they tell you to go to the ER. This is not a cheap doctor compared to others, and i would expect more support. if you think you can't tolerate wisdom tooth removal without stronger pain medication, find another doctor. Dr. Mark Gregory has been our oral surgeon for my oldest son. He had to have several teeth extracted for braces, as well as his wisdom teeth. We have had consultations and surgeries. We never had to go back or call in. He and his staff are very professional and thorough. We have never had problems with billing. They thoroughly explain the process I. Every facet. Clean place and caring staff and doctor. Went to get bottom 2 wisdom teeth. Within an hour I was waking up from the anesthesia and they were done. Fast and clean job ???????? I never felt any pain after the swelling and numb went away. I would definitely recommend this place.

Staff was very friendly and professional. I felt like I was in good hands due to all my questions being answered as well as being promptly seen. I’ve had troubles in the past with dr.’s being aloof and downright rude. I expressed my concerns and the staff/doctor was compassionate and caring. I can’t wait to see them again! :)
