I've been here several times, and it has been "ok", but this last time was enough for me to write a review and change my dentist. He nicked my gums and tongue with the drill, which was painful. He has acquired bad tremors and I believe he’s going to end up really hurting someone. Also, I love Kelly, and I'm sure I was just catching her on a bad day, but my feelings still got hurt due to her being ugly to me coming in the office. She said she thought it was a child and didn't know it was me, which I believe....but I still wouldn't like her talking to my kid that way either. I'm sorry. He Hurt Me......Don't Go

He's not friendly at all. But the hygienist named Kelly is great. Good with kids. She's very nice. My 14 yr old grandson sees only her

I would Never recommend him. I just got out of pain yesterday.... due his roughness... Its been over a month that i had 2 teeth extracted & he refused me antibiotics, when they were so needed & pain meds.

The fact that I Live in Florida and travel for work,I just assumed that Dental was going to be hard to find.I literally got off work called Eufaula Dental and in the same day,I was able to get relief. I am so so grateful for the Doctor and all of his really nice staff.Highly Recommended.

These people are no good

The staff wasn't Friendly, No Afro Americans work there! I didn't feel welcomed at All.

Today my husband and sister in law both went to this so called dentist, both had 2 teeth pulled. He was very rude and sis not numb either of them well enough. When they told him that he was hurting them he and his staff laughed. He broke the teeth to pull them actually telling my sister in law he crushed it. Then he sent them home with no pain meds except Tylenol. I nor any of my family will ever go back to this man he should not be taking patient's if he has no empathy for people. Absolute worst experience ever. My husband had a dental emergency and they worked us in last minute, which seemed great. His jaw was swollen from what appeared to be an infection of some kind. They did X-rays as we thought the tooth may have been cracked. The dentist roughly pounded on the painful tooth then asked “so you just want me to pull it?” Needless to say we walked out and won’t be back Absolute worst experience ever. Broke my tooth while on vacation and needed emergency treatment. Eufaula Dental got me in right away and took care of everything! They are some of the nicest people I have encountered while in Eufaula!

I had stayed away from the dentist due to anxiety. The staff at this office made me feel completely at ease as they took care of my dental problems. I will definitely recommend this dentist to all my friends and family!

Saw Dr. Mark some years ago. Found out recently that he went and told my family after removing a tooth that my condition was caused by drugs(Which later it was confirmed that it was Periodontitis) If Dr. Mark knows your family I wouldn't recommend seeing him he may start rumors about you.

This dentist office is kind but lack proper communication skills! I spoke with Cindy twice on yesterday letting her know that my son would be late due to the late bus route that he is currently on. She told me that would be fine and there was one person behind me so if needed, they would put him/her ahead of me and I'd take his/her spot. Today when I arrived 12 minutes late, however, I was told I would have to reschedule because I was late and they could not see my son. I just truely wish I had known that the previous day when me and Cindy talked so that I could've rescheduled then, instead of the poor communication leading to a major inconvenience of my time as well as this dentist office's time! Staff is very nice and try’s to be accommodating. Things are hectic at the moment bc they have a hygienist out on medical leave and the one hygienist is working. Appointments reservations should be kept on time for the days chart to stay on schedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late and the next patient is there, next person up to stay on task. Appointments are made 6 months in advance, and a telephone call the day before to confirm that you know what time the appointment is and if you are going to make it. Being late is not the office problem or the receptionist fault. Learn to be on time because everybody’s time is important. Staff is very nice and try’s to be accommodating. The absolute best dental expreience. They took me in as an emergency walk-in, scheduled me an appointment for the same day, explained each and every step of my procedure, my nurse was so reassuring and very friendly...and Dr. Mark was so kind, calming and very efficient. I highly recommend Eufaula Dental.
