My doctor called me the next day to give me a prescription I went to the pharmacy to get it started taking it rigth away and next day I was better, 7 pills and I was fine. Thanks to the doctors and Facey team.

Dr. Geller is very professional and very Knowledgeable. He is a great asset to Facey Med Group.

DR. Geller is a super nice doctor. Very caring. Answers questions and looks things up if needed. He has since changed management of the office and it is now very responsive to our needs. He has even called our home after hours to see about my husbands health. Doctors don't do that usually. I would recommend him highly.

He listened and responded to my questions, made recommendations and made sure all relevant lab tests were scheduled.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Geller. He should be a mentor to others. His thoroughness, care, consideration, and listening skills are what is missing from many industries today. 26 years as my doctor and he has not wavered from his approach to medicine. Thankful to have him as my endocrinologist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Geller for over 10Years. He always addresses my concerns & never makes me feel rushed. He makes sure that I see other specialists & have any & all tests needed to maintain good health.

Of course, One prefers to see their primary care physician. However, Dr. Geller did very well.

Dr Geller and the staff I speak to at Facey Tarzana are great. Dr Geller is a great and patient doctor. And the girls I have dealt with on the phone or by email are really great. They always get my messages to him and make my appointment and answer my questions with ease!!

On MyChart, I do not get auto-reminders to schedule the next appointment within 3-6 months from the last visit. However, the current setup allows me to manage my medical appointments proactively.

I have been going to doctor Geller for years. Super nice doctor. He takes all the time you need to listen to your concerns and address them. He's been with this new office for a couple of years. They are always polite and respectful While it is true that messages don't get returned immediately, I think it is because of the size of the practice, But my calls are always returned within a day, possibly two. I don't know about other reviews but I have been going to Dr. Geller for about a year now. He is always very compassionate, takes time to listen & gets to the bottom of the problem. Office is VERY organized with all the staff super helpful! The Best!

My wife took a blood test and it's been over 2 weeks and no response from Dr. Gellers office, despite her calls every day.......awful.

Dr. Geller has been my endocrinologist for over 20 years. He is a great physician whom I appreciate because he listens to my opinion as a patient, goes over the best options for care, and works together with me to implement the best solution. In fairness to Dr. Geller, working in a large private practice sometimes created situations where things like returning a call or running a few minutes behind occurred, but there were times when he would return a call after 8:00 pm probably due to being so busy. With that said, I don't want to discount anybody else's experience, but it should not detract from how exceptional he is as a physician. He recently has moved over to Facey Medical in Encino. I would highly recommend that his former patients see him there and for new patients to not miss out on working with him. Had an appointment at 1:30, and by 2:10 still no Doctor. I don’t have time for this.

Dr. Geller does not return calls. His nurse/secretary is mean. If you call and he doesn't call you back, she has this threatening voice mail that if you call more than once it will take her even longer to get back to you. Dr. Geller is not responsive to complaints. I have low thyroid. I cannot take the generic levothyroxine because the dose is too low. My nails start breaking, my hair fell out (and has not regrown), and I am cold. The last time I needed to talk to him it took him 5 days to respond. When he called he apologized but gave no reason. I called last Wednesday about the fact that I have the generic and I am having the same symptoms. It is now Monday night and I have not heard from him. I was a medical malpractice attorney and I can tell you that his care falls well below the standard in the community. I have no damages to speak of, otherwise, I would sue him. And his nurse has zero bedside manner. Dr. Geller does not return calls. His nurse/secretary is mean. My normal Dr has been on medical leave for almost 3 months. Gellar has been appointed his replacement until his return. I have never had so many problems getting a prescription filled or refilled, than through this man. Dr. Gellar does not return calls when I asked to speak directly to him. In my opinion, he disregards patients concerns and clearly does not enjoy being the on-call physician. I believe he care more about himself and his medical license than for patients. There is a zero chance that I would recommend Dr Gallery to anyone. Dr Gallery was highly recommended to me so I went to see him despite him being out of network. I saw him once, he ordered lab work told me I was hyperparathyroid and to call him in a week if he didn't get back to me with the reults. I called back in a week, again after two weeks, he finally called me back with results three weeks later after 3 phone messages. Never contacted me about treatment or replied to further phone msgs.

I am in the medical field. I am a Physical Therapist and have so many colleagues in nursing and medicine. When I was diagnosed with Adult Onset Type 1 Diabetes I already knew the best doctors in the field of Endocrinology. Dr. Geller is the top of that list. He is a Super Star. His office is old compared to the new medical centers but his lab is on premises and his care is exemplary. He is personable, patient, thorough and warm. I absolutely feel I can put my life in trust to him!
