Mark Edward Freeman

I’ve been with Dr. Freeman for years and he is amazing. I’ve never had a single issue. He is very caring and listens to my words. The office staff is punctual and quick. Highly recommend!

Dr. Freeman has been helpful and always listens to my needs. I needed a new psychiatrist and his office had openings sooner than others I called. I never wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room before being taken back. Making new appointments and requesting refills has been easy. I've never personally had any problems with the front desk staff as other reviews mention. Hopefully they've had some turn over. Dr. Freeman has been helpful and always listens to my needs. He's a very helpful doctor. I highly recommend him.

He is excellent, I have seen several psychiatrist and he is the first one that understands and truly listens to me. I have had several medication issues but he always works them out. I saw him several years ago when it was first suggested that I see a Psychiatrist and he was the first one I saw, I did not follow up with him, I was too naive to know what a "gem" I was passing up. I regret that decision to this day.

Dr. Freeman has been an amazing Doctor and I completely trust him. He has genuinely taken the time to get to know me and respects my feedback when it comes to my treatment. I am currently on LTD and SSD which requires A LOT of paperwork. The staff is prompt in responding and providing any requested documentation. I just tell them what's needed and they take care of everything which is such a relief for me. They are so helpful and pleasant. If you are someone who likes to develop a relationship with your Dr, I would highly recommend Dr Freeman. He is kind and patient, empathetic and equally important always on time and never in a rush.

I really like Dr. Freeman. He seems to be understanding and genuinely wants to see me get better. My only issue is the office staff. Extremely rude, I’ve called and been reduced to tears because of the way I’ve been talked to. In person, they are not much better. Horrible

If I could give a negative review--I would. Dr Freeman is by far the best Dr I have ever seen, in my history with mental health. HOWEVER--His office staff is deplorable. They are rude, degrading, and make you feel as if you have more problems/issues than you may already have. I would recommend anyone to Dr Freeman, but unfortunately had to seek other care due to the members of his staff. Good Luck! If I could give a negative review--I would. He is the best medicine adjustor I have ever had.Takes time and great interest on how you are doing at each visit.

I called to make an apt for my mother (so I could schedule it when I could take time from work to drive her). Was shocked at how rude the office staff was. They said they would not accept my mother as a patient because she had completed a Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care. I tried to tell them that this is a simple document that many of us have designating who would make health care decisions for us if we became too sick and unable to make our own decisions. I was told in no uncertain terms that they could refuse to treat anyone they wanted to. Fine with me that they refused to accept her as a patient. We have heard that Dr. Freeman is very good. Who would know however? An appointment was made for this morning. Had waited a month and a half to get in. No phone call was made to say that they were canceling and rescheduling the appointment. Once there was told that appointment had been cancelled and it would be 2 1/2 months minimum before getting back in. Spent gas money and drive time for nothing. Wonder if we can send them a bill?
