He is never available when he is needed. I can get in contact with my vet before I get in contact with this office. Neither the office or the doctor ever returns phone calls and messages even in emergency situations. Very dissapointed.

Good dr. Long wait times ...But awful office staff . Nasty and stuffy seem like they don't have time for you cut you off while talking in person or on phone ! All they worrie about is who and where lunch is coming from (even at 9am) And the girl told me office will be going cash only within the next year (think they trying to cut back on patience) .... blaming insurance but who knows . Dr.Flodin has retired since December, 2017. I do not know what the issue with the office not returning your calls, or perhaps with the replacement provider. Dr. Flodin cannot return your calls since he is no longer practicing medicine. Have you addressed your dissatisfaction with the corporate office. Dr. Flodin is awesome! He like so cares about you. His staff is so nice and caring too. They are great, helping me with referrals, and helping me get big savings for my needed medication! This office rocks????

Great Doctor!

Dr. Flodin is an excellent physician. He is compassionate, and he truly listens to his patients needs and concerns. This doctor is the whole package: caring, experienced, professional, staying abreast with current trends in medicine. Dr. Flodin is awesome??

I've never met a more gentle physician. His office is quiet and calming, so I guess that's because of Dr. Flodin's mellow vibe as he sets the tone of an oasis for patients looking for care. He seems like the consummate professional and actually listens and asks detailed questions that indicated he is not just thinking about my health but really seemed to care. If he could be cloned, I probably would follow up with doctors more consistently. He's a cool guy and a total pro
