The Urologist Office was very nice & had friendly staff & the waiting line was only 2 people ahead of me & it went by quickly! I did a test & My Dr. Fallen is so nice & Nurse Christina was too! ????????????❤️

Dr fallen is a great doctor very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable

I appreciate Dr. Fallen's directness and efficient use of time. He is also skilled at instilling confidence in his level of knowledge of his area of expertise, and he definitely does have a sense of humor and compassion.

My appointment with Dr. Fallen went very well. It started on schedule and as always Dr. Fallon was very professional and also friendly. We discussed any difficulties I may be having since my last appointment. We also discussed the treatment I would be receiving and set my next appointment in 6 months.

Dr. Fallen and his staff are absolutely wonderful and highly experienced experts in their field. I am in the middle of a process to treat prostate cancer and I would highly recommend this team to anyone whose life journey requires them to deal with these types of medical issues. I have found the entire team, starting with Mark, to be straightforward, decisive, and timely, but they also help to motivate and give you encouraging hope and strength along the journey. Dr.Fallen is a true professional.He takes the time to inform and educate you so you understand exactly what the problem is.I feel lucky I had him on my side.

I would highly recommend Dr Fallen. He performed a pretty complicated surgery for me, and 10+ years later he very professionally helped me address some lingering challenges with the orginal problem too.

Dr Fallon is thorough and decisive. He knows my history and has a detailed plan for my future health care. When I leave his office, I have no doubt about his diagnosis and what I need to do. He instills confidence in me that his approach is the best for me.

Dr. Fallen is a great doctor that i have been seeing for 15 years. He's helped me. through some difficult male issues and probably saved my life. The clinic has a good and competent staff. They are punctual, friendly, and efficient.

I visited DR. Fallen for a 2nd opinion on my recent diagnosis. He was very through on my diagnosis and went threw all my options for treatment. I felt very comfortable with him.

I had my annual review with Dr Fallen resulting from prostrate surgery in 2015. It was a good review and Dr Fallen is very easy to meet with. I'm pleased that he has been the one I have dealt with over the last 6+ years.

So far so good with Dr. Fallon. My only downside is I need to schedule a follow up appointment I had to book out well over two months to see him at my clinic of choice. I am happy with my clinical experience with Dr. Fallon. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Everyone at the lab was kind and helpful. Dr. Fallon was easy to talk with and I felt comfortable at my first in-person appointment. I will keep him as my Urologist.

I really like working with Dr. Fallen and his nurse Chris. Both of them are friendly and professional. They also helped me manage my self-consciousness about the procedure, which can be a little awkward. So far, the procedure hasn’t been entirely successful, but that is not their fault. They are following up with me appropriately.

My experience with Dr. fallen was very informative and professional. He listened first and attended to my needs. His follow up after the scan communicated the problem and solution. Dr. Fallen was very good at helping me understand what was going on and the procedures I would need to fix the problem. Excellent doctors visit.

Both my wife and I have been patients of Dr. Mark Fallen over the past 15+ years, my wife for kidney cancer and myself for metastatic prostate cancer and surgery. Found him to be an excellent surgeon, caring, very thorough and never beat around the bush when it came to test results and diagnosis, good or bad. When my cancer really began to advance he was intelligent to the point of referring me to programs that were experimental and specific to my needs. Have since undergone successful treatments for tumors & bone cancers and owe a debt of gratitude to Dr. Fallen for keeping me on the right track to successful remission.

he is the nicest doctor and an excellent surgeon. he never keeps you in the dark about your condition and treatment options! he truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Fallon is an excellent doctor who has treated me successfully for a number of years. I have been very pleased.

Dr Fallen is attentive, good natured and seems thorough in his approach to diagnostics. However the staff who field patient questions by phone on behalf of this practice are the worst encountered in any medical practice-rude, uncaring, and not interested in getting information important for follow-up, including from an ER visit with clear instructions to check-in with Dr. Fallen.

year 2002 December 2, my birthday, Dr. Fallen performed surgery on my for prostate cancer. All went very well. Mark came in to check his work and I started to touch the area and he said don't touch....he was concerned about infection and later I realized that. Anyway, all turned out great. Here I am now in 2018 and have no incontinence or any other effects from the surgery, I leave a normal life, thanks Mark. I don't know were I'd be had I not had spoken to you and had you do the surgery

Dr. Fallen is extremely patronizing and arrogant. I was told at the Emergency Room in December that I have a pelvic kidney with an 8mm kidney stone. In April, another ultrasound revealed that it had grown to 10mm. Fallen only looked at the notes, but not the ultrasounds or CT scans themselves. He said that the stone is probably only 4mm and he won't have it scanned for sooner than two years. He rudely mansplained everything and wouldn't listen to me at all. I would NOT recommend him to anyone!

Horrible experience. Uncaring, unprofessional. His practice does not even take emergency calls from patients after hours, which is below standard of care/negligent for a surgical group. Switched surgeons after multiple failed surgeries and my new surgeon resolved the problem after the first procedure. Numerous other medical professionals (primary care doctors, anesthesiologists, nurses, surgeons) have expressed negative opinions of him.

Dr. Fallen is an excellent doctor. He came highly recommended to me by one of his previous patients. We are now both cancer free and have nothing but good things to say about the care we received.

I have been seeing Dr. Fallon for six years. I had stage four prostate cancer. He was recommended to me from one of his previous patients. He took my case very seriously and I am now cancer free. I highly recommend him. He is an excellent doctor.

I found Dr. Fallen remarkably uncaring and even callous about leaving me in an extraordinary amount of pain. I have rarely seen a doctor with so little empathy.

I had specifically scheduled an appointment to establish myself as a new patient months before....and provided former physicians records....documenting my history of I brought a sample ...Other urologists have diagnosed and written prescriptions within a half hour..He made me wait 3 days....with painful sleepless nights of no concern whatsoever....He didn't even respond to his own office staff 's appeals - to respond to me....
