I love this place and the people that work here! Not once have I had a bad experience and the doctors and assistant actually care and are TREATING me instead of masking the pain permanently!!! I’ve been through four pain management doctors in five years and Dr. Dirnberger and his staff, specifically Mrs. Jonna and Mrs. Katie, are the best!!! Keep up the great job, guys!!!

Dr. Dirnberger's office personnel is very helpful and caring. He actually listens to his patients and they work together as a team so he can give them the best of care.

Well pleased with Dr Dirnberger

The doctor takes as much time as is needed to answer each question, explain any test results, procedures, etc. He is extremely relatable, speaks to you, and listens carefully. When a procedure is appropriate, he leaves the decision to you to make . He won't do it for you. His staff is efficient, kind and you don't often have to leave a message. When that happens, your call will be returned within a reasonable period of time & the staff have always been willing to help you at that moment , if at all possible. I have never felt a condescending attitude from the staff or Dr. Dirnberger. I have been a longtime pain management patient and this office was a pleasant surprise.

We travel frequently and they are nice and send prescriptions to pharmacy where ever we are at the time.

The staff and Doctors are friendly and take care of your needs. If you’re in need of a pain management Doctor that doesn’t judge you for needing help this is the place for you. I never have any problems with getting my medication and they will work with you if you need to go out of town are something! My overall experience has been good with this Doctor and would recommend them if you’re in need of a pain management Doctor!

Dr. Dirnberger is just amazing! He ALWAYS listens, has the best advice and is so encouraging! One of the most impressive things, to me is, he is never above answering any questions I might ask. I am always on the look out for any new treatments and advances with the condition I have and he is ALWAYS open to research anything I might have found from one of my groups, a new medical article, etc just so he is able to give me his expert medical opinion. So far, he has NEVER steered me wrong or made me feel silly because I try to keep up to date on the condition I have. Sadly, in the past I have had a few doctors make me feel like I just needed to give up and deal with what I have instead of dealing with what I have and never giving up. He is easily one of the most well versed Doctors I have been treated by and I have seen so many doctors!! I went all the way up to the Mayo Clinic a few years ago, and he could run circles around the Doctors there when it comes to my condition and knowing about it. He has been one (of very few) Doctors who also has some answers and he certainly does not carry that holier than though attitude like many Doctors have. His advice isn’t always the easiest route either, which is SO appreciated. He suggest real therapies and treatments for what’s wrong with me and has always been completely honest with what I should expect, should I decide to go that route. He is a wonderful doctor and an amazing human being. The staff is as well. They are always kind and welcoming. I truly believe he and his staff work very hard with each one of their patients, in order to find the very best plan of action(s). I've been a patient of Dr Dirnberger's for several years. He is personal, patient, and compassionate. He explains things extremely well and is always very patient when answering any of my questions. My husband is now a patient and loves him too. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful also. The only draw back....since they have moved to the new location if you call in....everything goes to voicemail!! We travel quite a distance to get there so that tells you how much we appreciate Dr Dirnberger and his staff!!

Best pain management doctor I have ever been to! Only Dr. that truly gives his all to help his patience with their pain. He will explain all the different options that he can offer, he takes the time to adjust my back which helps me push through my long days at work. Couldn’t ask for more understanding and caring doctor!!

I have been seeing doctor D for 10 years. He and his staff are professionals and help me deal and work through my injury. I would definitely recommend dr D to everyone. They definitely have your best interests at heart

From the beginning to end I felt like all of my needs were met. Ladies in the front… Two thumbs. Med student… Two thumbs. Doctor Dirnberger himself, I don’t have enough, not enough thumbs! I’ve been in pain management in NV for awhile and finally, moving from there to here I feel like my needs are being met and there was a hope! Thanks so much guys!!!

Dr. Dirnberger and his staff are intelligent, careing, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr Dirnberger to everyone I know. If I have a pain or problem he's quick to help me solve it with an intelligent answer and or therapy.

I absolutely love Dr. Dirnberger. Him and his staff are friendly and easy to talk to. He always takes the time to answer all of my questions. And his waiting room time Is never very long. I highly recommend him!

Friendly staff. Sometimes the wait is a bit long but that's because Dr. Dirnberger spends as much time with each patient that is needed. If that means I sit in the waiting room surfing Reddit longer that's ok with me because I know he will spend as much time as needed with me as well. Always happy to see students working with him too! Very delightful staff. Dr. Dirnberger was very helpful and spent time with me and listened and also created a path to comfort for me.

I was quite blown away with the people & Doctor, very nice people the Doctor was very affirmative he took his time answered my question listened to me which was very appreciated and happy with my experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dirnberger for several years. His consistency and care for my personal needs as an individual and not just a patient is what I value the most. Dr. Dirnberger always takes the time to make sure I leave each visit without any lingering questions or concerns in regard to my health moving forward. He takes a genuine and transparent approach to medicine that allows me to understand and feel confident about my future quality of life.

Dr. Dirnberger is so caring and compassionate. He truly wants to help restore some of my quality of life. Kathie has been an inspiration to me and I truly feel like she fights for my health and well-being with my insurance. I feel listened to, appreciated, and like my life matters. I am truly blessed.

I was recommended to see this Doctor by a friend. Well I am now going to be your friend and NOT recommend him. Lets start off with his horrible unprofessional staff that don't return phone calls, and hardly ever answer the phone. When they do answer they are incompetent and don't have a clue what's going on. Not only that, but they are arrogant and don't make you feel welcomed at all, so its obvious they don't care about the patients. As for Dr. Dirnberger he requested a referral form my current physician which he was sent then decided not to see me. When I asked his assistant for an explanation she said there was no explanation. But I can guess at the reason that he didn't want to see me.., its because I'm Hispanic. So is you want to be treated horribly by a Doctor' staff and then summarily dismissed by a Doctor and treated like an insignificant human being, than by all means go see Dr. Dirnberger at his practice. My Dr retired and I am and was seeking a new PM Dr. When speaking with their office. The Dr would not schedule a consult with me until he had all my medical records and he could evaluate my situation? WTHeck? Really. Who says after a consult, I would want to choose you?

Dr Mark is an incredible doctor however good luck reasoning with the staff. I’m a hairstylist and have had chronic neck and shoulder pain for two years. Dr.Dirnberger was very thorough with our consultation and did some work on my neck and back and I feel AMAZING!!!!!! He even showed me some stretches to do at home. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!!!

Dr. Dirnberger and his staff really take care of their patients. Doc doesn't just run you in and out. He talks with you and discusses any topic you ask him about. He's a wealth of information and makes you feel like he's really trying to help you.

Dr. Dirnberger is very kind, he listened to me and didn’t rush. I am beyond words to find a Dr that is actually going to give me a functional life back. If you are searching for a Dr that cares, look no further! He’s one of the good ones.

Dr Dirnberger and Jackie are wonderful people, they treat you with the upmost respect. They don’t talk down to you or treat you like they are better then you. I will go to them as long as I can.

My visits with Dr. Dirnberger have been super. He is very personable and can relate to me better than any physician I have ever had. To have someone who understands me, is truly amazing.

This office is truly wonderful. All the staff that I have encountered treated me with respect and compassion. I had my first visit 03/11/2021. Dr Dirnberger seems to be caring and efficient at what he does. He really appeared to be concerned with my pain problems.

Dr. Dirnberger will take the time to thoroughly explain and discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your physical and mental health. His assistants are also very helpful and nice too.

GREAT STAFF AND SERVICE.

I had a great office visit with Dr. Dirnberger. He is always very patient with me & addresses any issues I may be experiencing from my scoliosis or lumbar pain due to bulging discs. He also adjusted my back so my sacroiliac joints/leg length were more close to even & showed me how I can adjust slightly myself at home if I am in pain between appts. Also met with Aimee who got feedback from PT person, Gage, & re-evaluated my progress & released me from PT. Made more suggestions on how to relieve pain at home using shiatsu heat massager and/or tens unit. I was thoroughly delighted with what was accomplished.

Great staff and Dr. Dirnberger was great and able to help me with multiple concerns. Highly recommend.

My first visit and every one of the staff were great! Dr. Dirnberger listened to my problem and issues I had with previous treatments. He told me what was expected of me and what I could expect from him. He even told me what I could expect when filling my medication and told me I needed physical therapy and gave me other options to deal with my pain, NOT just prescriptions! Dr. Dirnberger is an exceptional doctor. I know this as I worked in the medical field for 45 years and he is by far the best! He explains anything you have questions about with care and expertise. I have been his patient for 8 years now and I know that whenever I need his advise he is always there for me. My whole family goes to him and we all love him!

If you are a veteran DO NOT go there. Jennifer the medical assistant is the most unprofessional and unapproachable members on their team. I have been trying to get them to help me make an appointment for five months and they refuse to lift a finger to contact TriWest to help. I was in so much pain I was literally begging his front office staff to help me and they flat out said, "No." DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU ARE A VETERAN. Honestly. If this is how their business runs, don't go here at all. It's unfortunate, I really liked Dr. Dirnberger and we were actually making progress on my pain before I needed an updated referral.

Great doctor!! So glad I was finally able to become his patient

My first appointment with Dr Dirnberger was disappointing to say the least because I never was able to see him. I was told to arrive an hour before my appointment to fill out new patient paperwork. I arrived 40 minute before my appointment with my paperwork already filled out. My appointment was at 2:40, I arrived at 2pm. After getting my vitals I was told to wait in the waiting room until I was called back to see Dr. Dirnberger. I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes after my appointment time. At ~3pm I asked his staff how much longer I was told by his front office staff that "he was with another patient and he doesn't rush his patients". By 3:15 I asked again how much longer, I also asked was this a customary occurrence and stated patient should be scheduled in such a fashion that other patients don't have to wait over 30 minutes past their appointment time to be seen. I was told to "tell him that when I get back there to see him". At 3:20 I requested my co-pay back and left. I am a registered nurse of over 27 years and have my doctorate degree in nursing administration, I work in healthcare quality and as an experienced healthcare professional my first experience with the office was lacking in professionalism and courtsey. I would not recommend this office to anyone until they are able to see patients in a timely manner and if the physician should fall behind seeing patients (because sometimes things happen) the staff should let patients know that he is running behind instead of sitting in the waiting room and watching other patient get called back without delay . From experience when patient are informed ahead of time that there may be a delay in being seen it decreases frustration and patient DO APPRECIATE when their time is respected enough to be informed that their is a delay and even apologize for the delay. Dr. Dirnberger is very patient and caring. He doesn't rush the appointment, and listens to everything you have to say. He then makes suggestions, and helps put a plan of care in place. I definitely have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Dirnberger, and the entire staff at the clinic; and I would highly recommend him!
