Dr. Depaolis spends a lot of time with me and actively listens to me . I would not like to have to find another doctor at my age.

I have two medical conditions with documented history that hinder my work attendance. I qualify for FMLA. Past doctors have understood, cooperated and filled out my FMLA paperwork. Dr. Deapolis denied. When I'm sick with a migraine or depressed/suicidal he wants me to go to work. I'm a city bus driver. Also prior to my appointment I did the test with the nurse regarding mental health status. I was honest and scored within the risk area. He didn't address the test or suggest I get help for that promptly which I should have because of my score and also his denial of cooperating with my FMLA triggered more serious thoughts of suicide. I actually started a plan to do it. But I reconsidered and have decided to try to see a new doctor who will hopefully be more understanding and helpful.
