Many years ago, I went to this office. The doctors were good, but the front office staff were not helpful or good. That is the real reason I did not go back. I don't normally leave Reviews, or Feedback's. But I really feel Privilege to have seen Dr. Denner. He not only made me feel care for, But also addressed my concerns in every way possible. I know that I am in good Hands In this Office, With these health care providers, and The entire Staff. Thank you ever so much Dr. Denner And Staff. Leandro Couto

Front office staff Very Rude and arrogant, After being patient for years They tell you tough, They don't take blue cross or even cash any more, They just left me hanging in the air, When you need an actual doctor, they give you a nurse practitioner and charge you full price. Very nasty, I do NOT recommend these people

The front desk staff tend to be on rude and unhelpful but the doctors on staff are very good.

After years of having my health care needs attended by Dr. Mark Denner of the Springs Family Medical Center (more than ten,) the practice was sold to Access Health Care. With the advent of new procedures within the office, including the reassigning of my case file to a newly acquired physician at Springs Family Medical, I found that the primary care doctor in whom I had placed my confidence and trust lo these many years had totally abandoned me, and without notice.
