Dr Bonner is amazing, kind and a caring Doctor. He has helped so much in my health

Dr. Bonner is a very good and caring doctor. Because he does not rush with his patients he gets behind at times. If you don't mind the wait he is well worth waiting for.

Dr.bonner has been my doctor since either was a kid. He's always been an awesome doc.

This was my first time here and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The nurses and Dr. Bonner were so personal and took the time to hear my questions and concerns. I noticed some other reviews, saying that the wait times were long, (I don’t think it was that long of a wait) but I would say that it is totally worth it to have a doctor actually care and take the time to listen and talk with his patients rather than spit them out as fast as he can. I would highly recommend this place.

I trust Dr Bonner fully with my healthcare. He has incredible knowledge and experience. He also has a great personality and actually cares about his patients.

Dr Bonner was my Dr for nearly 20 years. Gave me excellent care. I changed because of the long wait times..guess I got old and cranky. Now my present GP has moved to Springdale. Tired of driving to Springdale? Just as soon read a good book waiting on a fine Dr. It’ll be so good to see him again! Dr Bonner tried to give his patients all the time they need. That’s not so pleasant when you are waiting.. but it sure is comforting when it’s your turn. He treats people kind of like Jesus did..

Spent 6 weeks calling twice weekly trying to clarify orders on a mutual patient. Still no resolution.

Dr. Bonner is the best Dr I've ever had. I always get help when I see Dr. Bonner! He 's kind, compassionate, caring, and ???? GOOD. He's worth waiting for because he takes his time when he sees you. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable care. The best clinic in NW Arkansas.

Dr. Bonner took the time to actually listen to me. The rest of the staff were very nice!

Great experience. Easy check-in, fast & efficient. Friendly staff. Dr. Bonner was relaxed and took time to thoroughly examine me. It was an all around fantastic experience.

Dr. Bonner is very personable and takes time to listen and then explain. He is very thorough.

This is a very special clinic filled with professional caring people. Dr. Bonner has been my primary care giver for years and I would suggest you give the Mission Family Clinic a visit for your healthcare needs.

Dr Bonner has such an awesome bedside manner and so detailed and caring. The staff are just as attentive and caring as well. Very impressed!

If there is a better doctor in Northwest Arkansas he doesn't exist.

My daughter needed a new doctor so we went to Dr. Bonner. He made an incredible impression on us both. He asked questions and answered ours as well. He took his time while we were in the office. Very kind and thorough. We never felt rushed! Smart man with a kind disposition. His staff was very friendly as well!

Dr Bonner and staff were excellent as always. Today was a short-notice call and they got me in within the hour. Highest recommendation!

The wait can sometimes be very long but I prefer to wait for Dr. Bonner than go anywhere else. I have been seeing him for 15+ years and I trust him!

I thought everyone was super nice and I thought Dr Bonner was really nice and easy to talk to. I understood going in that there would be a wait so I expected it. I was a first time patient and I plan on going to this clinic for all my dr visits.

I have been going to Dr Bonner for 28 years. He literally saved my life by immediately diagnosing blood clots in my lungs almost as soon as he looked at me. I had been to the Washington Regional ER twice and the second time was the night before I saw Dr Bonner in the morning. Both times the ER sent me home with no diagnosis. When I got to the hospital on Dr Bonner’s orders they told me that the blood clots were so severe it was at that point life threatening. I would never go to another Doctor! Yes sometimes it does take a bit of time to wait to see him but when I went in that morning and had to be put in a wheelchair because I could not walk he saw me immediately. Very welcoming staff. Office is set up efficiently and flows well. Great discounts on self-pay too!

Dr. Bonner is Gracious and kind!!! I have been a patient of his since 2018 and plan to be for a very long time.

Dr Bonner and his staff are very friendly and are great with questions or concerns. They treat me like they really care. It may take a little longer, but there is no question the patients are important to them!

Dr Bonner is great! Yes the wait is long because he is in high demand (good Doctors usually are), but you don’t have to wear a mask while you are waiting so I will take it.

I had the most pleasant and absolutely wonderful appointment today with Dr. Bonner. I absolutely recommend anyone to Mission Family practice. He does his research and knows what he is talking about. Best of all to me, He is lead by God! ????

Dr. Bonner is THE best, bar none! Been my family's Dr. for years.

Mark Bonner has been my primary care physician since I moved here in 1994. He has been my husband’s PCP since 1997. He has taken excellent care of both us. He’s a wonderful Christian man.

Dr. Bonner has always given me and my entire family the utmost respect and care when we came in to see him and his staff. They go above and beyond what you expect from a physician! Lord bless you Dr. Bonner!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Bonner, for close to 15 years and he has helped me through all types of ailments during that period of my life. I have total faith in Dr. Bonner and his staff, and recommend them to anyone looking for a great doctor or family doctor!

Though the wait was longer than expected, Dr Bonner has great bedside manners and actually listens to his patients. I was a patient here with a previous NP, so this was my first visit with Dr Bonner himself. I highly recommend this clinic. Very friendly and professional staff.

Excellent introductory visit to my new Dr. My former doctor is so caught up in the political mess at Mercy he can’t think for himself so I fired him!!!

They are busy with the health care crisis, but I heard several people in the waiting room say the wait was well worth seeing a knowledgeable professional who really cares for his patients! Amen!!

The office staff was very professional and we were able to speak to them and Dr. Bonner on the same day we called. The tele-med appointment with Dr. Bonner was informative and our questions were answered thoughtfully and thoroughly.

Staff was helpful, but any new patient should be aware this doctor does not wear a mask and does not require the staff or patients to wear masks. As of 9/1/21 the county in which this office is located is an area of high transmission.

Dr. Bonner and staff are very caring and give the time needed for whatever I have going on. I always feel good about the healthcare I receive there.

All the medical professionals care about the patients and provide quality care! Dr. Bonner is the best family practitioner I have ever had!

Everyone from check-in to Dr. Bonner were very friendly and on top of it. Give yourself enough time as delays always happen. Just like at the airport, if we are being safe, there will be delays. No one promised I would not have to wait.

I’m Paula and Dr.Bonner has been my and my husband’s docter for years he is awesome!! Very caring and very helpful takes the time to listen and talk with you. I wouldn’t go to no one else. He’s a very trustworthy docter and the staff is great!!

There’s no point in setting up an appointment because you’ll be waiting for an hour or more anyways. Always takes forever. Staff doesn’t seem to genuinely care about patients.

As always Dr. Bonner really does care about his patients and very attentive to what you are talking about to him concerning your overall health problems

The office staff is most courteous and pleasant, the wait time and efficiency of this office could stand to run a tighter ship, but maybe 1-2 hr visits is the norm during the times of COVID. The nurses are pleasant and really listen.
