Mark Bieri

I had been going to Dr Bieri, for years. Was my primary urologist, until. I went to his office on time for a my appointment had to wait more than an hour and a half, finally got into exam room, the doctor entered, and stated he did not have time for me. Guess what? He's no longer my urologist

extremely thorough and well prepared for whatever procedure was involved. Kept patient informed and comfortable.

All I can say save a lot of problems in the future by not going to this doctor.

Great doctor

The worst thing about the office is the phone........gives far too many choices, few of them useful. takes way too long just to listen. My time is valuable too. But Dr Bieri is skilled at both surgery and dealing with patients. Fortunately if you ever get to talk to someone on the stupid phone you will get helped. If it were up to the personal quality of the office it would be wonderful.

My dad has been a patient of Dr. Bieri for almost 9 years. Dr. Bieri and has staff have been excellent in the care and diagnosis that my dad has needed. Earlier this year my dad had a follow up visit with Dr. Bieri and my dad explained his symptoms that he had been having and no other Doctor had been able to diagnose him. Dr. Bieri immediately sent him out to get specific tests done and he was able to diagnose him. Dr. Bieri referred him to another specialist that was able to operate immediately

Hmmm... I really like Dr. Bieri personally. That being said, I doubt I would take the risk of going back again. I have regretted every day I ever put trust in medicos of any kind. Too much went wrong. I wish I could say other because Dr. Bieri is a heck of a nice guy who spends plenty of time with his patients.

Dr. Bieri seems to be a good doctor. His staff are the usual listless and could care less about you or your needs. An appointment we waited for for months, that we wrote down on two calendars, disappeared from their records and now we have to wait again. Horribly frustrating.

Dr Bieri left my mom in the hospital ER all night long with a clogged up kidney! Glad you were able to sleep when you were on call Dr!!!!! Waiting 12 hours and counting!!!!

Poor follow-up to test results. Takes weeks to find out results. Very slow in refilling medical prescriptions. Relies heavily on medical assistants. Nice guy and bedside manners.
