Wish I could give them 0 stars. I drove over an HOUR to this place, because only 2 dentists were covered by my insurance. I triple checked I was covered before I made the drive. After I got the service done, the receptionist told me she couldn’t find my in my own insurance circle. So I left and called my insurance company and they said yes this dentist is covered for you. Now when I call to dispute this massive bill to the dentist office, she called me a liar and dishonest. I said she is incapable of connecting my insurance! I told her she should’ve told me BEFORE the service started that she couldn’t find me in the system and I wouldn’t have gotten the service done. She continued to say we trusted you. I would never drive an hour to a dentist for just a cleaning and lie about insurance coverage. Worst costumer service. Will be reporting to the BBB. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Really friendly staff and doctor. He takes the time to get to know you and educate you during the visit. He is very conservative in the work that he does which saves teeth and money.
