Dr. Mark Samuel Thomas Armitage

Hello i would like to say i have know Doc Sam for 16years and he has been the best dam doctor that i have ever had and believe me I have seen a lot of them this man saved my life in 2007 and has Always been there for me even if it is just too listen to me to talk about things I saw him yesterday and too day i feel better because im lost my son this year too heroin overdose and it’s been a long road for me but i had a chance to speak with him and unload I got off my shoulders so I thank you very much Doctor Sam I would recommend him to anyone his staff is very great they are unreal people once you get to know them when you walk in it’s Like a TV show when you walk in everybody knows your name I love the staff have been great to me and I would like to say thank you to all of you And God bless so you’re looking for a good doctor that cares about you this place is the place to go thank you doctor Sam for your shoulder yesterday I do thank you for listening and it has helped you are a good friend and everybody there are great people and listen to you thank you

Staff TOTALLY screwed up, lost my previous lab test from 2 mos. before, didn't draw blood for a hep/liver panel, as the doctor had ordered--then refused to call it in to redo it at Quest because I wanted to go to an out-of-town Quest (it's NATIONAL!!!; and the doctor's assistant, Glenn, said he'd call me back after figuring out what happened to all my medical records, but he never did call. I really liked Dr. Armitage, but I won't deal with RUDE, inept staff--and the nurse, Julie, was SO rude!
