I've been going to see Mark & Team for over 7 years- He's a pro the staff is friendly - Mark is not alarmist, a straight shooter for sure. OMG I've never waited more than 10 minutes when I arrive for appt. I highly recommend this team.

He is our family doctor for 20 years. Really good and friendly staff.

I've never had a doctor be so rude, his bedside manner was unbelievable. Didn't seem to care much at all. I won't be going back, one visit was enough.

I have visited Dr. Adlard many times and his office staff is polite but Adlard needs to retire. His lack of compassion is evident and is not willing explain things in a professional manner, and seems to carry his frustration from the previous patient to the next and raised his voice at me over a simple question I had and he was talking down to me like a child. I had to tell him to step back and not talk to me that way,, when he replied, "I will work on that". Very unprofessional, beware! He gets a bad wrap, but shouldn’t. He’s straight and to the point and I appreciate his directness. Very knowledgeable. Knows so many things off the top of his head. Never a long wait. His staff is also friendly.

A doctor you can trust. I have been seeing Dr. Adlard for my primary care for over two decades. I don't even live in RSM anymore but it's worth the drive to get the excellent medical care and medical advice. If you are looking for a skilled, professional, and trustworthy doctor, I couldn't recommend Dr. Adlard more. He also has a wonderful staff, Sue is awesome and always takes care of us. Dr. Adlard's billing practices are unethical and are exactly what is wrong with our healthcare system. I showed up for an annual checkup as a new patient. Normally this would have been covered by my insurance as a preventative visit. However, during my visit I mentioned two issues that I was experiencing so he billed my insurance as if this was not a preventative visit. Additionally he billed me for issues that I was not experiencing and did NOT discuss with him. This unfortunately cost me a small fortune in healthcare costs. This man is a crook and is part of the problem not the solution. He is more concerned about taking your money and getting paid than he is about your health and well being. His attitude is abrasive and you, the patient, is little more than an inconvenience and source of income. I highly recommend that you choose a different doctor...it may save you a ton of money.

It took me a while upon moving here, but I finally found a doctor that Is thorough and I can relate to. Highly recommend Dr Adlard.

Visited Adlard for prescription renewal of known ongoing medical condition. All required / needed evaluations and tests were completed. Adlard provided a prescription for about two (2) weeks of medication. Following day I asked his office to renew the prescription for the appropriate period, I was told I would need to come in for an unrelated annual physical examination. He decided to hold me hostage, via the prescription, so his office could bill more insurance. Very unethical practices.

My husband and I have been with Dr Adlard since we moved here in 2012, and actually saw him several times while visiting family in RSM before we moved here. He is always professional as is his staff. He asks all of the right questions and we have been very, very happy with his treatment of our illnesses, both short term and our chronic issues. His staff is very kind and friendly and they always try to "work us in" when a sudden illness strikes .

I met with the doctor and scheduled an appointment for an annual physical exam before I left. The doctor came to see me during the annual physical exam and considered it as an office visit (so called follow-up). No matter how I complaint (visit the office and complaint more than 3 times), he still insisted on charging me. Unfair and too bad.

I go to this office for my annual physical (part of my Healthcare plan's requirements). The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the office is clean and nice. One time though, I received a letter about additional charges even though I just went in for a physical, which should have been covered 100%. Fortunately, a simple call to the office was able to clear it all up and the lady on the phone was understanding and took care of everything.
