Dr. Mariusz Jerzy Klin

2-3 hour wait from scheduled appointment time, then left in an exam room another 15-20 minutes, if lucky. He was also approximately 90 minutes late starting procedure at outpatient facility. I’ve had 4 previous colonoscopies and have never been forced to come in to office for pathology results, he refuses to provide otherwise. No respect for patients time/schedules & just wants to bill & take advantage of insurance (TriCare in my case$

Longest wait ever no bedside manner and comes in looking like he's been on a 3 day bender

Here I am at 6:40pm when my appointment time was 3pm. This place is always 2 hours or more behind. Nice staff but so unorganized. Sitting here I had an older lady tell me about how because she has medicaid she can only have late in the afternoon appointments. I asked the nurse and they segregate appointment times based on how good your insurance is. How is that legal, moral, or ethical to do such a horrible thing. The prejudicial practice of of segregated appointments based on insurance quality is the last straw. I'm getting a new doctor, this place is a joke.

This doctors office has no clue how to set appointments. There is never any reason that patients should ever have to wait hours after their appt time to be seen. Everyone that comes in to this office has other things to do. We show up before the scheduled appt time made by this office and yet cannot get called back for at least 2 + hours after coming in. The waiting room is so full there is nowhere to sit. We are not cattle. Treat the people coming in with more respect for their time.

Because "he didn't do it". Then didn't believe a medical diagnosis on my records. Denying I had it and the complications that could arise. Pushed for the scope and did a banding procedure as well. 2months later I'm still trying to recover from complications that he told me to "quit messing with and go to the er if there's issues." Er referred me to see him since it was his procedure. It was his way or the wrong way. Told me "1 cup of white cold rice a week has made me fat. My diet was no good to follow his." I did and it just added more to the complications!! The staff tried to help more then he even cared. Horror story for real! Worst dr I've ever dealt with that wont fix their own issue they created or even willing to help.Thnx doc! Update!!! Still dealing with the fissure hes created to this day 2023 . My lifes been absolutely miserable dealing with this issue and not being able to find a dr that can properly treat me without surgery. Also, my health diagnosis did prove to cause issues because the banding he did, didnt last at all because of my elastic skin and only developed more issues. Dont lose years of your life because he said you need something when you feel opposed to his suggestions!

Overall he is a good, the staff is friendly also. A little bit of language barrier. However the wait time is ridiculous. Waited 2 hours just to get my test results. I Know he is a busy doctor but I personally want a doctor that values my time as I do his and show up on time

AWFUL!!!! Rude. Does not explain to patients in detail, nor can understand him! Gets disgruntled when cinfronted with knowledge Wait time is BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!!!

Dr. Klin is fantastic! Highly recommended but his office reception staff is not the same quality. They do not call to set up re-checks. And if you call the same day... don't expect to get a call back... not even within 24 hrs. I called on Thursday March 24th twice... as my husband was experiencing a lot of pain in his lower abdominal area. Never heard a word back! Called again on Friday, March 25.... still waiting to hear back as the call went to voicemail. Voicemail says they are busy and will call you back...... good luck with that. I have had Dr. Klin for 3 colonoscopies and I like him, but his office is terrible. They are ALWAYS behind for every appointment Yesterday I had a 10:30 followup appointment with his PA. It took over 2 1/2 hours total time (PA visit about 20 minutes). I called the office manager and was told it so hard to hold to a set schedule when you are dealing with people who have colon cancer. The first appointment was 9:00, how do you get over 2 hrs behind in an 1 1/2 hours. This is not an isolated incident, his office operates this way all the time. His staff needs to be courteous and let people know up front what their wait time is. Their is NO EXCUSE for an office being run like this. I hope he doesn't know how his patients are being treated.

Had a referral from Tricare. Sat in the waiting room for 1 hr past my appt time before I was called back to get my vitals. Then I was told I would be sent back to the waiting room. At this time I told them to remove me from their wait list. My time is way more valuable then what this office is willing to recognize. I believe the reviews of people waiting 3 hrs before seeing Dr just to get rescheduled for more appointments. I will have Tricare provide me a new referral

Went to Dr Klin for a second opinion and thankfully he was able to identify what was causing my pain. This is a very busy office, well worth the wait to see him.

I have been to this office three times for a total of 10 hours (if not more) first appointment was at 12 , finally got seen at 7 pm after being skipped over. So far i have spent well over an hour and still not been seen my appointment was at 10:30am i showed up on time with all the paperwork filled out people that arrived after me that had later appoints were seen before me and was told i had 4 people in front of me when i walked in that was 9 people ago

Unless you have alot of time to waste I would not recommend this place. Dr Klin was an hour and a half late for my colonoscopy. So I had to lay flat on a hard table for that time. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because he is a decent doctor , every time I have an appt I sit and wait for atleast 1.5 hrs before being calling back my appt was at 2 didn’t go back until 330 they need some serious time management changes and as well a whole new attitude adjustment toward the patients we are the reason any of them make any money , I am seriously getting fed up with the way the health care industry is going I mean don’t be a nurse if you aren’t happy helping people , don’t drive a school bus if you don’t like kids this goes for anything .. it’s not the patients fault you are having a bad day have some professionalism for goodness sake! I have seen dr klin for years he found i had neuropathy in my stomach i couldn't eat or even drink water without getting sick and he gave me my meds i needed and im doing great

I have been seeing Dr.Kin for 5 years He's carrying and takes his time with you .A lot of people who come to see him the first time have to understand that he will take time with you .People that want the best of care I would highly recommend him.

I have been sick for over 3 years now with gastro issues. Went to numerous doctors and was diagnosed for the wrong thing . I have been in pain for over 3 years , everyday I would have to take nausea medication just to be able to get up in the morning and numerous times through the day. I lost over 40 lbs also because I had a stricture in my esophagus , I couldn't eat because I always felt full. I also couldn't have a BM . Dr. Klin saw me and asked me everything that was going on , I told him all my problems and he had me in the surgery center the next week, unlike the other doctors I had seen they wouldn't do all the procedures at once Dr Klin did. He also did an ultrasound of all my organs to make sure they were all good. Now since I've had all this done I feel like a new person. He fixed everything in 1 visit , I feel 10 years younger. I can now eat anything I want. I can use the bathroom , I haven't had to take any nausea medicine since the procedures. Dr Klin is a miracle God put on this earth for a reason. His staff is amazing , these people actually care about you, your not just a patient , you are their primary concern when you are with them. I honestly thought I was dying and now like I said I feel more alive than I have in such a very long time. I thank God I found Dr. Klin cause I was at the end of any hope of being fixed. I have been seeing Dr. Klin for 7 years. He is very caring about his patients as well as very knowledgeable about so many different diseases and treatments. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain test results, procedures, medications, and recommendations for lifestyle changes. I really appreciate him. I appreciate the time he takes to speak to me and answer any questions I may have. I recommend him to anyone looking for a gastroenterologist. He may run behind at times but I don’t mind waiting especially considering the types of things he deals with and time it takes to explain these things to his patients.

A Doctor that sincerely cares about his patients.

My experience with Dr Klin was less than pleasant, for starters, he did not make me feel welcome, or assured at all. He spent a total of maybe 5 minutes with me, felt my stomach and immediately went straight to ordering me a colonoscopy! He seen my xrays from the hospital but did not want to do any kind of follow up, or comparison of his own for progress. He also pushed prescription anxiety meds on me repeatedly, & when I declined several times, he would get annoyed/irritated. He made me feel like I was wasting his time, when in fact he wasted mine. To be very honest, he was rude, non empathetic and did not really show much interest in really wanting to know what could be going on. I was rather nervous and explained that to him, (And he could probably see that) and he showed no empathy at all. He is definitely script happy. Dr klin he's been my doctor for the last 15 years. He's treated some of my family members in the past. He's a very compassionate man very professional he knows his stuff. He has a great team in office and in the surgery center where I attend. I'll keep going to him as long as I need to.

It was terrible sat for 2 hours and 45 min. Before even being called back in then the lady was frustrated who did my b/p as I was she tried taking it 3 times on one arm 2 on the other I told her to forget it walked out of the office and will having my doctor refer me to someone else. Five people in waiting room with this Covid going on is unnecessary. If he was running late for surgery they should have contacted patients to see if they wanted to reschedule before having at least two of us sitting for over 2 hours. I took time off of work to see this doctor if I was 2 hours late would they still see me? No I did not receive care from the doctor

My visit at Dr Klin office was amazing. I seen the NP Mrs Drinkard. And she was amazing,. She was able to help me with my GI,and regular maintenance medication. I have seen Dr Klin for about 7 years, and I am new to Lynda but I like them both. & will continue to see them both.

I seen Dr Klin today. I did not have as much of a wait. I can in for some lab results he went over them with me. Advised me of ways to handle before we prescribed medicine, and I am happy to give this new life style a try.

I did have to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time. However I have waited longer in other offices. Dr Klin office staff was very nice. They helped me get medical records from my old GI. the ARNP did offer to see me for a quicker time frame, however I did not mind waiting the 30 minutes on the doctor. He is well worth the wait.

Yes , you do have to wait a long time to see Dr. Klin ,but I have been seeing Dr. Klin for about 14 yrs now and have never had a more knowledgeable, caring doctor. He truly cares not only about my health but me as well. Stephanie his office manager is just as wonderful as he is. If you want the best GI doctor you can have and will be patient with the wait , see Dr. Klin. Your healthcare could not be in better hands.

Rudest Nurse Kesha! I called 22 times with no answer to find out about my Instructions for a procedure being done the following day. Which they never answer there phone anyway. I finally called waterside chiropractic to have them walk over and let them know to call me. I was called back and was talked to in a very nasty manner by a nurse named Kesha who said I broke Hippa violation by doing that which I know is a lie because I have taken Hippa law in Nursing college. It's only a violation if you disclose information but giving your number does not do that if you give it yourself because your the patient plus it's my right to tell whoever about myself however she wouldn't let me talk and said she would hang up on me when I tried to talk. This ignorant lady proceeded to go off on me and never let me speak and kept saying she was gonna hang up on me that I can wait till 6 pm that she was in clinic. Well I needed to know if I could eat so I could not wait till 6 but she was holding my medical over my head and wouldn't give me info if I spoke. This is abusing her power. Last year Dr. Klin 2018 sent me to have a polyp removed from Dr. Thomas that he couldn't remove. Dr. Thomas almost killed me. He had complications with the robot and refilused to stop. Which led me under anethesia for 19 hours. When I woke up after what seemed weeks I was in ICU unable to walk. I spent 1 month at Bay Hospital and 1 month at Health South. Your minimum wait time will be at least 3 hours, then you will wait in a room for a good 30 minutes, next he will talk to you for about 7 minutes and schedule you for some procedure. I had a test done and it came back positive for h-pylori and was never given medicine or anything for it. I got treated for one of my stomach issues but not the others. Plus the treatment I did get didn't work and I told him and talked to him about all my concerns with all my stomach issues and nothing. So basically I was driving and hour to sit for over 3 hours in pain and leave exactly the same. I absolutely DO NOT recommend him to anyone. You might have to sit outside his office due to so many people there waiting. He was late to every procedure he performed on me and i don't mean a few minutes I mean a few hours. Waited 3 hours (past appointment time) for my initial consultation and he showed up to the hospital 4 hours late for my procedure. My follow up is looking at two hours over. I called Dr. Klin's office on a Thursday, got an appointment for the following Monday, they scheduled two procedures for Wednesday (2 days later) and I had my diagnosis the following Tuesday. Everything done in less than 2 weeks! Now, I'm feeling 100% better and it's all thanks to Dr. Klin and his staff! I could not be more pleased! I highly recommend him! After going to the other group of GI doctors and never seeing a doctor only the PA I switched to Dr Klin. After procedure with the other group was never called with the results of biopsy for which I needed further surgery as well a treatment. Dr Klin reviewed my records discussed a treatment plan and made appropriate referrals. I am pleased to say because of him I am cancer free and if the wait is longer than what you expect. He is well worth it! It could be you or your family he is saving!!

HIs lack of respect for his patients time far exceeds his ability. Each time I visit I waited at least three hours. There are too many doctors who have the same qualifications as him in town. My time is as valuable as his. He should respect his patients more.

Dr. Klin is the most thorough and professional Dr I have ever had the pleasure to be under the care of. He has saved my life. I HIGHLY recommend this physician. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Dr Klin and Staff. Y’all are wonderful!!

He apparently doesn't think his patients time matters because he starts everyday at his office running behind it always takes 2 hrs to get seen no matter how early or late your appointment is. I work 14 hour days and don't appreciate waiting 2 hours to be seen. He needs to know their are more droctors in panama cty I'm done with him.

Very long wait in office, does not matter what time you come, just plan to be there for at least 2 hours.

Dr Klin first off has no bedside manner I was there to discuss my test results on a day I found my brother had passed. When he asked me what from and I told him he immediately asked me if he had Aids. (lymphoma) It was then he just went on with his day.. I was shocked.. I am still dealing with the pain in my stomach he diagnosed as costocondritis he never really helped me only tested me and made me sit for hours in his waiting room.. To give me 5 minutes of smug from the exam room. If I could give him less than 1 star I would.
