Awful experience! Went to get my tubes untied, had my first initial appointment and needed an ultrasound. Eventually after a WEEK of calling the office begging to find out my results I find out I have PCOS and possible cysts on my ovaries, but had to pull teeth to get my results. I would leave multiple messages with no callback. I Couldn’t get an appointment to see dr zapata and then once I did get an appointment I was called the day before to cancel because the dr was going on vacation. Totally unprofessional and sad experience! Very scary for me because I have no knowledge of PCOS so I was totally left in the dark with no explanation. Awful experience! Dr. Zapata is incredibly thoughtful, professional and caring about each of his patients. He takes the time to listen and engage in a personal plan for each patient. Also, all of the office staff are so friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Excellent service . He's a excellent Doctor who you can trust and take the time to listening all you have to say and explain the best possible all your questions and procedures.
