Hola soy támara corredera, tengo un procedimiento para el día 23 de diciembre del 2021 , hace más de un mes realicé un presupuesto para una cirugía de párpados, realizándome análisis y pagando el procedimiento completo . El cual yo solicite vacaciones para el post operatorio desde el día 23 , y hoy día 21 de diciembre se me informa , que se había suspendido la operación y que debía realizarse el día 22 , el cual yo no puedo asistir por problemas de trabajo , entonces me dicen que el médico MARIO E REYES SERRANO, tenía ese día operación en un hospital, me parece una falta de ética profesional, una falta de respeto hacia mi persona.el cual ahora espero lo antes posible la devolución de mis costos ,y el tiempo perdido nadie lo paga.SON UNOS VERDADEROS IRRESPONSABLES, burlándose en su totalidad hacia los clientes. I had surgery in April 2021 I have a big knot from the fat transfer Dr Reyes was aware of it I told his nurse several of times and sent pics . Now Dr Reyes told the nurse he could fix it they want to charge me 1800 dollars . They are money hungry and do not care about people just want money do not go to this place . Also if Dr Reyes cared so much about his patients he would call and make sure everything is fine instead of having his nurse do it especially if it’s this serious and this knot is the size of a grapefruit .

Staff was friendly and helpful and I love my new body.

Horrible service. Back in 2010 he did my breast lift and implants. And literally 3 months later my breast were sagging again. I went a year later to correct and he wanted to charge me again. Lipo was also done incorrect I was left with one side less fat than the other and you can see the dip of of the missing extra fat he removed.

My wife got lipo with the j plazma and fat transfer, they did a horrible job. First thing was they changed the date after it was booked and everything paid for a month in advance. Then this doctor did a terrible job all around. The reason i felt the need to comment this is because we are currently in the hospital due to this doctor's horrible ability, because they been giving us the run around.

Tldr: on the day of my surgery, which I flew in for, I was told I had to pay an extra 800 dollars because the surgeon had an emergency (suspected lie, more on this later) and another doctor was replacing him. I booked my surgery and paid the 1000 deposit to guarantee my price and date more than a month prior, so I had time to arrange days off from work and buy plane tickets. Two weeks before my surgery, I get a phone call asking if I might be able to reschedule. I say no, I already have my plane tickets both ways bought, I thought I had this date locked in. The girl assures me that I'll get my surgery, with the same doctor (I asked) Mario reyes-serrano. I felt worried but thought maybe the doctor wanted to go do 4/20 or pre-Easter stuff (my surgery was on the 20th) and now just wouldn't be able to, hence the quick backtrack. Horrible service i requested a refund due to me finding out i was expecting they told me 30 days from my request i wull recieve it . I have to kerp calling everyday its a different story this company is not terrible.
