Dr. Mitchells practice used to be much better, but, has changed over time. The staff has changed, and , with the new staff, we are experiencing snarky, aggressive and stern attitudes with patients! We patients are most times dealing with health issues, and, not feeling well, and do not appreciate being talked down to, or bullied. Doctors and staff need to remember, we patients pay your salaries, so when you treat patients in a bad way, we will find another provider!

Her office failed to report important test results. They needed to be pushed to order further tests. Overall, no one there cares about me.

I tried this doctor and office a few years ago. I felt like she listened and ordered tests for me based on my concerns, but they ended up all having scheduling issues/ then I didn't get all of the results of the tests. I was referred to another doctor to exam a spot on my breast who was kind of creepy. All in all I will not return. I value accuracy and care in my medical care and it seemed they were rather disorganized and unable to provide the care I needed which was disappointing.

This office is absolutely incompetent. I have been a patient just over a year and I booked my yearly appointment two weeks ago for mid-January. I knew I'd need blood work done so I mentioned that to the front desk. She asked where I would go, and I told her. Great. Fast forward to getting the blood test, and they had no order for my blood test in their system because the office never sent it. Waste of my time! This is after major inconveniences last year as well - I should have known better.

Dr. Mitchell is a wise, grounded doctor and healer. She has 35+ years as a physician and is well-grounded in conventional and holistic medicine. She also understands the importance of the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of health. She is caring and compassionate. I give her the highest possible recommendation.
