I do not recommend this doctor. She was rude and hostile to my grandchildren, nothing professional called them "fat" and they were offended, it did not have to be so rude. Incredible how people have the power to delete poor comments to be above the rest. You lost 4 patients with me because you are a very unprofessional Doctor and treat your staff very rudely.

Your experience is really based on which nurse you get when you go here, and it should not be like that. Dr. Cruz is in and out before you can ask a question. The office isn't busy, but you could be stuck in the room for 20 minutes after you've seen the Doctor (Doctor will say the nurse will be right in for...) and the nurse will come in asking what you needed instead of looking at the chart or communicating with the Doctor. Office has moved. No longer on Firestone. It's on Florence now. Like the new office a lot more. Been seeing Dr Cruz since my baby was born in February 2017. She's a trip. Walks in. Does her check up, listens to what you have to say about your child and quickly comes up with their diagnosis and her solution. I like it. Quick and thourough. As all Doctors office, are they busy? Yes. Will be there be a wait, even with an appointment? Yes but most of the time it is not. They even have a daily hour (9-10) where you can be seen without an appointment. I have been with Dr. Cruz since I was a child and now she takes care of all 3 of my kids. I love her she went the extra mile for my family and I truly appreciate her.

She is amazing! I have been taking my twins here since there first month she knows what she's doing has lots of experience. The receptionist there are so helpful and always meet my needs. Thank u all for making my life a little easier. Being a mommy of too is hard enough. Thank u dr Cruz for always responding to my after hour calls and making me feel better ,for helping me raise healthy babies

I really don't know what all the bad reviews are about because I've been taking my daughter to Mrs. Cruz for the last 6 years and I think she's wonderful. She is always courteous and nice. Yes, you have to wait most times but, to be honest, when its our turn; she always takes her time. She never rushes us out, checks the file to make sure that we are not missing any shots or need anything else to be up to date. Who cares if she wears "bling, bling". She has worked hard for where she is at. As a business owner, I understand what it takes to achieve a thriving business and it shouldn't be anyone's business what she likes to dress like. What people need to be concerned about is whether she treats the children the way a good physician would, which she does. No complaints from me except that I wish she saw older kids because mine is almost ready for an adult doctor who I doubt will be as good as her. Love this place. I've been taking my 3 year old daughter for the passed year to this dr. And every time its been a headache to schedule an appointment. My baby had a urinary tract infection and was treated but the medication did not work and I noticed cloudy urine that hadn't gone away so I took her in on a monday to see the dr. again. They did a culture on her urine and told me they would call me back within 3 days with the results. Today is Wednesday the following week!!! They never called. I called them this morning because I noticed her urine EXTREMELY cloudy and knew something was definitely wrong. I was bullshitted on the phone and told that they had "JUST NOW" gotten the results in and her uti was positive. A BABY CAN HAVE KIDNEY DAMAGE IF NOT TREATED PROMPTLY FROM A UTI. it took them a week and a half to get me my babys results! And they never called me... I had to call THEM! This is VERY neglectful on their behalf and I've already contacted the Medical Board Of California. I would not recommend this dr. & her staff (at the front) is horrible.
