Absolutely love Dr. Marie Sohner! I used her services for the birth of all four of my sons, and they are all grown and having their own children now! She is patient and listens well. She doesn’t jump right to medication if there is a more natural way to bring change. I highly recommend her!

My mom had a bad experience with her. Dont recommend.

I waited an hour and half past my appointment time to be seen. Once she arrived, she was lovely and it was a good appointment, but I will definitely be calling ahead before I go next time to see where the appointments stand. I won’t do that again.

I don't mind driving 30 minutes to be seen by Dr. Sohner, she takes her time to listen and is very nice. The waiting time is too long, but everyone is nice.

First Gyn that has really listened to me in years.

The staff, Doctors, and the entire process at this WOMENS center, was a great experience. I highly recommend this location. Everyone was kind, had a smile, and they listen to your concerns.

Dr Marie Sohner has been my gynecologist for 20 years. She saved my life !! She diagnosed the cancer in time and she has been always taking care of my health . She is the best doctor !!

Dr sohner is the BEST obgyn!!! Very knowledgeable and caring!!!! I'm do blessed I have her as my dr!!

Dr. Sohner is patient focused and compassionate. She was wonderful when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, very supportive. Good eye contact which is important to me.

I have been seeing Dr Sohner since I moved to the Tomball area years ago. When my 2 daughters grew up, they also went to the same office and have continued while in the Houston area. I have always believed that I have received the greatest of care through the last 25 years. Dr Sohner has helped me through hormone replacement therapy and has kept a watchful eye on any medical concerns. I highly recommend her for any stage of your life. This review is NOT for Dr. Sohner specifically. I read all the reviews and REALLY looked forward to scheduling an appointment with her! However, I have called multiple times over the last two weeks, at different times (in case maybe staff are just really busy at a certain time) to schedule an appointment and have been immediately sent to a phone queue and have waited for a very long time every time with no answer…. Not sure what’s going on, maybe the phones are not connected but surely not after an entire week? Staff are very friendly and Dr Schoner Is very attentive and takes time to explain things to you. Definitely will recommend.

This was my first time being seen by Dr Sohner and it started out great in the lobby with the ladies at the front desk followed by the sweet CMA Ashley Kepler. She made me feel completely comfortable before the Dr came in. Dr Sohner was extremely friendly and gave me my exam while making feel relaxed and with no awkwardness. I have 3 babies , and this delivery with dr . Lima was the best experience ever , she's very good listener, made me very comfortable before, during and after delivery , excellent experience. I definitely recommend her .

I put my appointment on my calendar wrong and showed up an hour late. Randi was very understanding and helpful. She talked to Dr. Sohner’s nurse who was able to allow me to see the doctor later the same day. Great visit!

Trina was extremely helpful when I had questions about scheduling. She was kindly patient and had the most pleasant attitude throughout the entire call. She turned my rough Monday around with her warm and friendly demeanor!

I have always had a great experience in Dr. SOHNER’s office for years. This past month a dear friend went to her as she had found a lump. It has been almost 4 weeks now of an office visit, mammogram and needle biopsy and all her staff said to my friend this am when she couldn’t believe there was still no answer, was well you could have gone somewhere else. I am horrified at that comment and amount of time this has taken. She will now spend another weekend wondering and worrying.

She is an awesome Dr.! She delivered my son and saw me through my whole pregnancy. I would definitely recommend her. She answers all questions thoroughly and makes you feel safe and comfortable.

She is AWESOME!

I've been with Dr. Sohner since 2001 and as a physician, her professionalism and expertise is most appreciated. She is calm, reassuring, and provides personal patient care. Her clinic staff are just as kind and accommodating. Clinic facilities are always clean and properly managed and maintained.

Have been Dr. Sohner's patient since she arrived in Tomball pregnant with her daughter. She does a though exam and asks and answers questions. She is always pleasant and easy to talk to concerning my issues.

Excellent Dr Sohner & Rhonda have helped me in difficult times through my health and were very knowledgeable about the problems I was having

Doctor Sohner and Rhonda have been wonderful in managing my care. They are both very knowledgeable and take the time to listen to your concerns. The staff at the office are very attentive and warm. I feel very comfortable receiving care at this office.

I had myomectomy and Dr. Sohner did an amazing job. She is an awesome doctor and appreciate her. I can barely see where she had to cut me. I am pretty sure over the next couple of weeks I won't see it all. She is an amazing doctor.

My visit was much better this time, than the last. I really felt heard and appreciated the empathy. Doctors get busy and tired, I understand that but they need to listen better to their patients and have more empathy. I’m paying a lot of money for good healthcare and I expect to get good service in return. Dr. Sohner is brilliant, that is why I come to see her. The office staff are kind, empathetic and happy to help you. The nurses are wonderful too. I do appreciate that!

I never have to wait long in the waiting or patient room and everyone, including the front desk, is very personable and friendly. Dr. Sohner is a good listener and very understanding of my issues when I am talking to her.

Dr. Sohner has a very kind and gentle manner which makes me feel at ease. She is very detail oriented and recommends natural methods for better health which is what I like. It was time for my annual exam and biometric screening. As always the staff has a friendly Hello as I walk in the door and “how can I help you”. I have been coming to Dr. Sohner and this office for over 40 years. They are the Best.

This was my first visit with Dr. Sohner. She listened to my questions and responded to all of them and offered some advice also. When she examined me, we talked through the entire procedure. She took her time with me which I REALLY appreciated! I like her!

There is none smarter or more caring than Dr Sohner. I have recommended her to several friends and relatives.

I was here over a year ago, but the expierence was so negative I feel the need to share. I came here for my first GYN appointment of my life, so I was a bit nervous to began with. I wait about 15 minutes in the waiting room. Then I am taken back to a room and told to get into the gown and wait for the Doctor. I sat for 50 minutes. 50 minutes waiting in a gown. I finally got dressed then peaked my head out to let someone know I was still here waiting almost an hour later. The nurse I spoke to said she was busy and couldn’t help me. I saw another nurse and let her know and she said okay. So then I sat in my clothes waiting for the doctor which took another 20 minutes. Very bad experience, find a real obg doctor instead of wasting your time with irresponsible obg like her. my wife was about to die at the delivery because of that obg dr. the baby weight was 9.4 pound , everyone or any doctor knows that any pregnant lady have that baby's weight should delivered by a c section surgery but the doctor refused the surgery for no reason Just because she want to be at her clinic taking care her business there. She let my wife in labor horrible pain for 22 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My wife almost died!!!! Now my wife has chronic rupture in the both legs' ligaments. Stay away. I am giving 1 star simply for Alisha and the staff. They were amazing! However, I met Sohner when I was scheduled for a consultation and preop for a hystorectomy. But the only mention of it is when she told me I would not be getting one despite the pain from 2 fibroids, a polyp and extensive scar tissue that is so bad they couldnt do a hystosonogram! Instead, she lectured me on clean eating, getting active and selling their probiotics from the spa. She insulted me every time she opened her mouth without ever meeting me, asking any questions, and obviously didnt read my chart. She was the one who suggested the hystorectomy. I have a history of seizures but only for the last year and half, at which time my thyroid became extremely large and I became very lethargic. She had the audacity to tell me that "if you were more active, your body would become used to it and your issues will even resolve themselves" !!!! After which she asked if sex was painful and I told her it was. Her response was absolutely appalling. "Oh, your poor husband must be so disappointed " !!!!! EXCUSE ME?!!! This woman has no business being a dr. I would not reccomend her to a raccoon. I have never been so insulted, belittled and degraded in my life. Before my issues began almost 2 yrs ago, I was a very fit and healthy 130#, very active and could withstand any physical activity you threw at me. I came into the ER suffering from what I found out to be an ectopic pregnancy. They called some random doctor (Dr. Sohner) she gave me the option of the methotrexate shot or surgery. I, not being a doctor, opted for the methotrexate shot, not knowing that with my HCG levels being as high as they were I should have had surgery. Instead...around a month later the ectopic pregnancy was not fully resolved by then and my fallopian tube ruptured and I almost died. She gave horrible advice and in turn, I almost died. On top of that - she billed extra ($2000) just for giving me bad direction as a physician and a shot of methotrexate that she didn't even administer. To top it off - I set up a payment plan online and a few months later my bill was sent to collections anyways. The reason? I did not set up a payment plan ON THE PHONE. They can still send to collections if you've set up your payment plan online, so watch out. Horrible billing staff, horrible doctors. The nurses were wonderful. Doctor Sohner is a terrible doctor. Her bedside manner was even worse. She did not care that I was losing my baby and even possibly my life. She had me make a medical decision and did not explain anything about the situation. Great experience. I like how they post your results in the portal so your not waiting for someone to call you. Dr. Lima was very kind and thorough.

Tomball women’s Healthcare Center is an amazing OB/GYN office. They answer the phones immediately and help you with your request efficiently. Dr. Ibe was very nice and listened to my concerns without rushing me. The staff in the office, Lauren, Ashley, Trina, and Pam work as a team and care about the patients. The staff are always so friendly and caring and when I phone, I really like the fact that it’s answered by a person; there’s no automated answering system. The NP that I used to see has sadly recently left but I’ve started seeing Dr Sohner, who I also like. She takes time to sit with me and really listens. I feel she cares about trying to help me with my issue. All of her notes are taken directly onto her laptop and I have online access to my records on a patient portal which is always useful. This survey asks if I would recommend Dr Sohner to a friend. I already have.

Dr. Sohner and staff are very friendly and courteous. Dr. Sohner does not try to hurry you. I am a senior citizen and have been a patient for over 15 yrs. I certainly would recommend her.

I've been coming to TWHCC for over 10 years. Dr. Sohner was very thorough with my concerns. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. Debbie called to remind me of my appointment and update my insurance information. Kim was extremely helpful getting my lab orders to me and followed up with me to make sure I did receive them.

This being my 1st pregnancy, it is safe to say I get nervous. Dr. Sohner and Wendy reassure me and explain things to me in fine detail so that I understand what is going with my body and baby. I always leave calm and assured that everything is going well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Assistant Wendy is a jewel. She listens, is patient, and a blessing to Dr. Sohner. She always relaxes me before my exam, is understanding and really sweet.

Each encounter with any one of her staff has been exemplary right down to the front desk, Rechelle always does her best to assist me with questions and help work around my schedule to get me in when I need a specific day and time.

In my earlier review, I forgot to mention that Wendy is also super. Very friendly and capable.

Dr. Sohner is a great listener who's genuinely interested in helping you feel better. She's been great to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend her, and already have, actually!

Dr. Sohner has been my OB/GYN since I was about 17. I am almost 34. I moved away when I got married and travel 45 minutes to stay with her as my doctor. I love her sweet spirit and attentive care. She has since birthed my son and is about to birth by second baby. I trust her over all other doctors and have never had a reason to doubt her expertise. She is very gentle. She never hurts me or makes any exams awkward. I would highly recommend her to anyone and have to a couple of my girlfriends.

I came into the ER suffering from what I found out to be an ectopic pregnancy. They called some random doctor (Dr. Sohner) she gave me the option of the methotrexate shot or surgery. I, not being a doctor, opted for the methotrexate shot, not knowing that with my HCG levels being as high as they were I should have had surgery. Instead...around a month later the ectopic pregnancy was not fully resolved by then and my fallopian tube ruptured and I almost died.

This was my first visit with Dr. Sohner and I was very impressed. She was professional, compassionate, and attentive. I highly recommend her to any woman seeking a doctor for their female needs.

Dr. Sohner, Rhonda, Alisha and the Staff at Tomball Women's Healthcare are awesome! I came to them over 2 years ago with a major problem. . Which they resolved for me! :-) They were very receptive to my needs and concerns. All of them are very knowledgeable and work to make sure you have all your questions answered. They take the non-medical approach first before pumping you full of meds, which I strongly believe in. Over the last 2 years they have taken such great care of me and continue to work at helping me improve my health and continue on my path of healthy living. Doctor Sohner performed my hysterectomy just a few days ago. She is amazing! I cannot tell you how happy I am that I am under her skilled surgical care. She removed my uterus, cervix, fallopian tubes and ovaries through a robotic procedure at Tomball Regional Medical Center. I have found her to be quite compassionate, highly skilled, and very knowledgeable.
