Horrendous. Dr. Bettencourt came into the exam room where I was waiting for a cystocopy. I had previously been seen by her PA. Dr. Bettencourt did not speak to me, I introduced myself. She stood over the PA’s shoulder while the procedure commenced and said that the PA was in my vagina, not my ureter. HUMILIATING experience. Dr. Bettencourt finished the examine without saying a word to me and left the room. I would not recommend her or return to her practice at Springfield Hospital.

Dr bettebcourt became my angel. I had a kidney stone that was stuck. I had already been to five doctors including my own primary md. She immediately knew something did not sound right about the previous five doctors assessments. She instantly, sent me to cat scan, scheduled surgery for the next am. I suffered for a month before I found her. Forever grateful. Highly recommend this incredible professional.
