The Reason I'm giving a 1 star review is because my daughter was being seen at this office and it was fine until 1 day I had an appointment, and people with kids know that its stressful just getting to the doctors office. I call the day before about needing a refill for a medication and it made sense that the doctor wanted to see the progress of what caused the need for medication, so we make the appointment for the next day, we get there and call to alert the staff that we have arrived, the phone call is answered and I say that we are outside and I am met with the response that they are off cape and not even in the office and that I would get a call the next day, I was upset but was trying to be understanding like people get busy and things happen, The next day comes, no call, the week goes by no call, I call back and they say I will again receive a call back....which never comes, At this point im upset because we are supposed to trust our doctors and the people to take care of our children. I had my mother in law call for me since she is a nurse and I wasn't sure of what I should do. But what happens? She is told she will get a call back or that they will call me....its been a month.....a whole month and no contact.....God forbid if my child was actually sick I'd probably have better luck at urgent care or the hospital.....Just be kind to your patients....We actually need help rather than silence. We live about an hr away from her office and we absolutely love her. She is so nice and makes you feel like you are part of her family. It’s a small practice which we love so we are not waiting hrs to just be seen.

Dr. Koenig has been a part of my life about 30 years now. She and her late husband, Dr. Toltin, were my personal pediatricians as a child and have both treated my 2 children. Dr. Koenig has amazing experience and a very gentle and caring bedside manner that I would recommend her to anyone I know.

I live in Plymouth and will only bring my kids to Dr. Koenig. We’ve been going to her for six years now and my husband and I refuse to take our kids anywhere else! She really is the absolute best!

Dr. Koenig is the absolute BEST! I am so glad that we found her. And Greg in the office is a sweetheart. Our kids love them, and Dr. Koenig tells you everything like it is, which is just the way we like to hear things. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Koenig is literally the only doctor I trust to see my daughter. We live all the way in harwich but I refuse to switch her pediatrician because of how great Dr. Koenig is to us. We absolutely love her and all the staff working at Sandwich Pediatrics. Highly recommended by my family and I :)

Dr Koenig is the absolute best!!

My wife went to them as a child, now both of my children go to them. Couldn't be happier with their care

Dr. Koenig has never steered my children wrong, from ear infections to exploding appendices. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Koenig. She always makes time for last minute scheduling, and when my daughters and I are in her office, she makes us feel like we are her only patients. She is also affiliated with Children's Hospital in Boston which is another plus!

Most caring physicians I know. They were both my pediatricians when I was growing up. I am blessed to have them caring for my babies.
