I have known Dr Channell for many years, she is an excellent doctor. I just had cataract surgery by her and had the best care. I would recommend her to everyone! The office is very pleasant and surgery center was great during both of my surgeries. Thank you all!!
Wow, i am utterly baffled at how i was treated over the phone with such disrespect and just all around bitterness. I didn't even make it to my appointment and i ended up cancelling it just over the phone. They LACK Customer service, they care for themselves only and they just want your MONEY. I just had surgery on my second eye. I cannot believe how beautiful and vivid colors are. Dr. Channell did a great job. She was referred to me by a friend of mine who was equally as pleased as I am.
Dr. Channell is the best. I had two Drs. I greatly respect tell me she is A-One, so I scheduled with her. I've never had a more thorough exam and follow up, but she's not too much with chit chat. She felt more like a retired Drill Sergeant. She's not "unfriendly", but not warm either. Even so, she's a keeper. She takes care of business and doesn't mess around. Dr. Channell is the best.
