Your time doesn't mean much to this office and the facility feels dated. While it seemed like the regulars have good relations with the staff, I waited 75 minutes for them to process my insurance information. I chose not to stick around for the physical and risk missing the rest of my appointments for the day.

I love Dr Jalil for her concern and care for me. She takes the time to talk with me and is encouraging me to do what's best for m to be in good health. I was a mess when I went to her as a new patient. She gives me direction in a compassionate way to follow through with my treatment so I can be healthy and happy.. I take notes and ask questions. She makes me laugh too and I always feel better when I leave the office to get my labs or whatever I need to do to stay on top of my progress. Her staff is kind and caring as well. I have to do my part in order for her to do hers. It's a win win result. I thank God for her and her help. I love Dr Jalil for her concern and care for me. She's great! There is a wait in the office sometimes but my grandmother was with her until she was 96 years old and now my mom is going there. She really knows how to read the labs and fine tune to keep things going smoothly. Her specialty seems to be older folks..It's well worth the wait if you want loved ones to be around for a while.

My 82 year old father who has underlying health conditions tested positive for Covid 2 days ago on Christmas morning. The medical staff from his senior living care facility called Dr. Jalil and she said she would fax over a prescription. It is now Dec. 27th, two days later and she still has not done so. When she was contacted again today about why it wasn't faxed over yet, she told us she can't fax anything until Monday morning when she returns to work. What kind of doctor waits 3 days to send over a prescription for an 82 year old Covid patient? I guess she couldn't be bothered over the holiday weekend. IT IS SICKENING!!! I am so upset as a daughter! Do not take your parents to see her.

Physician was contacted regarding my elderly father who is in a retirement community with positive Covid result. He has MANY health conditions putting him at risk. MD was to have faxed over orders to the nursing staff on Christmas Day, but did not. Apparently didn’t have access to a functioning fax machine. So tomorrow (day3-5) of positive results she will be faxing the orders over. Yes, 3 full days later. I spoke to her myself and she was NOT aware of my fathers health problems when asked. He has been hospitalized three times this year for non Covid health issues. She shows little concern and Apparently not current With technology. I would not recommend her to anyone.

This person doesn’t deserve to be called dr. She and her office are horrible. We asked what treatment could be done with my mom and Jalil responded “well she is 90”. What a response! We are well aware of my moms age and she is a fairly healthy 90 yr old. Today her office staff said she was would call us to discuss my mom and she left for these without calling! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON.

Her services and manner is good. She is a good doctor. Their appointment times are always running late 10 out of 10 times you arent first your almost 1hr late they wont tell you not to come in on time or that they are running late either

I've been going to this doctor for the last 15 years and she's outstanding. She goes above and beyond for her patients.

It has been over 3 years now that I've seen my doctor. Everytime I make an appointment with her, she is never present. I am being seen by a nurse practitioner- and even that is not the same person each time. Is my doctor still alive?
