Not super happy with this place. I had gone here years ago, and I now remember why I changed doctors. The office is stuck in the 80's. It is dirty and hasn't ever been updated. I made my appointment about a month before my visit. I was considered a new patient because I hadn't been there in less than 2 years. I remember being irritated coming here years ago because Dr. Oneida was always behind. At that time I was making afternoon appointments and just figured, by the afternoon they were bound to be a little behind. Well today I had a 9am appointment scheduled. I should have known something was wrong when given the tablet to check in, it couldn't find me with my birthdate. The lady at the front desk had it in her system as a date 3 days later than mine, so she updated it in the system and gave it back to me. I then sat in the waiting room until 9:30 waiting to get taken back. Once in the room the nurse started going through everything with me and then asking questions that had nothing to do with me. I asked her if she was sure she was looking at the right patient. She left the room and came back a few minutes later and asked me if the photo on the computer was me. I looked and it clearly wasn't me. She was like yeah I didn't think so. She then verified my birthdate, still the wrong birthdate. Somehow someone screwed up when I made my appointment and merged my file with someone else's whose birthday was 3 days after mine. None of them could seem to figure out how this could have happened. When doctor Oneida came in the first time it was to question me to verify that I was who I said I was and try to figure out how they had my information on someone else's file. Then she came back in and very quickly went through all of the questions she was supposed to ask for my physical. I felt rushed, and as if everything had just gotten them all so flustered they weren't really on their game. She was very flighty and fidgeted the whole time. While the staff was nice enough, I still don't feel like it was a great experience. The phlebotomist was on a phone call with a spouse as she was walking over to draw my blood. Oh and when I mentioned an issue I've been having since I visited an instacare in the end of December, she got the test results from the labs they ran and told me there was something noted as being elevated, but that she didn't really even know what would cause it or how to treat it. Like I said, while the staff wasn't rude by any means, I also don't feel that they are that great either. I'll be looking for a new doctor for my next checkup. Not super happy with this place. I just moved here and had to establish a new doctor. I chose Dr. Oneida. I am pleasantly surprised how thorough she is. She really understands and has given me great care. I would highly recommend her. The staff is very friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Onieda actually delivered me, plus my 3 boys! I have had issues carrying children and she has supported me on whatever I needed. She is so on top of our situation and she really cares about her patients. She does deliver a lot of babies so people need to have patience when they are late or need to reschedule. She even offered to talk with my perinatal specialist to help answer my questions and hers. She has taken care of my 24 weeker preemie and done an amazing job. We have a lot of balls in the air with other specialists for him and she always knows what he needs and who he needs to see. My pulmonologist even knows her and he has rave reviews about her. He told me that I couldn't be with a better pediatrician. I 100% trust her. Her staff are excellent as well. Dr. Onieda actually delivered me, plus my 3 boys! I had a great experience here today. The front office was nice and helpful. They had a little play area for my boys, and they staff didn’t make me feel embarrassed that my toddlers were acting like...toddlers. I saw Heidi and I thought she was great. I’ve been having some severe anxiety...so it’s hard to find a doctor who actually takes this seriously. Psychiatrists are few and far between around here and it can take weeks or months to get into one. Heidi was very knowledgeable and understanding. She made me feel like I have hope! She was able to prescribe a few medications for me. I didn’t feel rushed at all. She actually LISTENED to me. She asked me a lot of questions and I felt like she really wanted to help me. We made a treatment plan and I plan to see her back in two weeks. I’ve been to so many doctors..I’ve never written a review on any. I felt like I had to share my good experience with her so if there’s anyone out there who feels anxious or depressed, there are medical doctors who actually do take mental health issues seriously. Was told to be on time. Was thirty min early. Did not get in for thirty plus minutes after my scheduled apt.Dr said she would contact me when the result were back.wnd discuss some hormone options. Waited 12 days for blood tests. Had to call twice to find out what was going on. Never spoke with the Dr. Nurse called and rapidly read my results. Then I was told I needed to make another apt to get meds for hormones.

Paula Bryant has no regard for what the guidelines for forms that are set by the government. Don’t waste your time on a doctor who only views you as money. I’d give no stars if I could.

I called to get my prescription ready for pick up, they LOST MY PRESCRIPTION. It’s no wonder that the 2 best PAs left, I’m surprised this place hasn’t been closed down yet... definitely calling DOPL

I went to go get a full physical and testing done to check a few things and when they called me with the results they were extremely vague. The lady that called specifically didnt sound like she knew what she was talking about when i asked her to explain something. I just was not happy with what happened all around.

For those seeking to see or even speak to the elusive Dr Oneida, good luck. I booked the appointment in November for the 2nd week of January 2018, checked in and while waiting for out turn, we were called to the front desk to be notified that the Dr just left for a baby delivery, and they tried to to book me for the next 2 months (march??), then I expressed my disappointment and unhappiness to the receptionist, got zero sympathy from her and she only said that she couldn't do anything. Then we were asked to wait a bit more. While we waited the receptionist got in touch with the elusive Dr Oneida and called us to the front desk again, and got us a new appointment for 8 days later instead of 2 months, ok fine... finally some respect. We arrived 15 minutes earlier as requested, checked in, paid the copay... and then yes...again the elusive Dr Oneida just left for a delivery. I cancelled everything with her and this place. There is no way 2 times in a week we were not "lucky" to see the Dr Oneida.... at any rate if you still want to go there... good luck, may be you are more "lucky" than us. Dr. Oneida has been a fantastic doctor until recently. I think selling her business to Revere Health has drastically diminished the quality of her practice. It took me several calls and about six weeks to get the results of my sleep study. I went in for lab work on March 8th. The lab orders were supposed to have been placed about 2 weeks prior. They couldn't find the lab orders initially; they were apparently found in the "done" file. A different nurse input lab orders because I was there. Finally, after 6 calls and 3 weeks I just got my lab results - they didn't do all of the tests that had been requested. Every time I called they said the lab results were not in. I'm getting super frustrated. The customer service and attention to detail has become downright awful. Dr. Oneida has been a fantastic doctor until recently. My experience would rank 4 stars exvept for dealing with yhe new andwering serbice and getting them to understand what I am asking about. I do mot have this problem when speaking with uout front desk or your assistant.

Staff was polite, efficient and professional!

Is way's my best Jordan medical center, they have the best Dr's, nurses, staff and very clean environment hospital.

West Jordan Medical Center, w/ Dr. Maria Oneida, is one of the best practices I have ever been to. Everyone from reception to nurses and Dr. Oneida, or her staff, have been great! They are convenient and the care is excellent. If outside specialists are indicated they make every effort to be sure you are taken care of. During an unemployment I tried a couple other clinics to save $5.00 on a co-pay. That was a bad choice. I am now back West Jordan Medical Center and “Dr. O”. My family is now into the third generation of care here. Once you have been there for a while it becomes more like the “old time” practices. They know you and you are cared for like an old friend. This is one place that I look forward to going and seeing friends and medical professionals that make you better in body and spirit. I can't believe there are bad reviews, I have been going to dr oneida for years and loooove her! She delivered both my kids and is their pediatrician as well as my dr and I wouldn't ever leave her! She is a busy lady and you usually can't see her if your sick and make a same day but that just tells me she has alot of patients because they like her! Being called away for a delivery is not her fault...its her job to deliver babies. She can't plan those things, the other reviewer must have just had some bad luck! I've had that happen to me once in the 6+ years I've been going to her. Her nurse is very nice and on top of it. I can't say enough about how much I love these people! I was told when I made the appointment & again when a vm was left reminding me of the appointment they have a strict policy about being late. I was told to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment or they would have to reschedule. I arrived 45 minutes early. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor was then told by the receptionist that she didn't know why but they would need to reschedule or I could wait because they were running 1-1/2 hours behind. My 1st & last visit!!!

My daughter had an appt. with Natalie Carter, NP. My daughter asked me to step out during breast exam. Natalie never invited me back in, spent maybe 5 minutes with my daughter total and went into another patients room. I had some major concerns I had questions about, but was never given the chance to ask. I told the nurse at the beginning about my concerns and those concerns were never addressed. They ordered blood work, called my daughter at work with results and told her everything is normal. When I called the office, the nurse told me that the Doctors or nurse practitioners do not speak to patients on the phone and I would need to make another appointment. The nurse felt bad and told me she would leave a message for Natalie and the office manager to call me, but I've never heard from anyone. BAD HEALTHCARE!!! She has been with my family for years was with my mom through all of her pregnancy's and is now going through my first with me i can reach her at anytime, she gives all of her patients her cell phone number to reach her in emergency's.

She is really good with my son and her bedside manner is excellent

She is wonderful and gentle with my son. She eases my concerns. She makes herself available. I never feel rushed.
