Dr. Maria E Moya

Who ever I talk to on the phone is incredibly rude to me. Anytime I call to make an appointment or Reschedule the lady says she's the only one who works there and she can't help me, or Dr Moya is busy she can't talk to you all day! I try to explain but She is just so mean. Dr. Moya is fine, she just needs to hire people who are kind and know that people who call have mental health problems. Who ever takes the calls, She should be fired immediately.

Maria Moya has helped my son tremendously not only with meds but her feed of knowledge,concern,empathy and making him feel comfortable within his appointments. Always answered are questions in a way we all understand. She has a lot of patience,very nice and always makes us feel important. The office ladies are always so nice and helpful too! Dr Moya helped my daughter so much. I highly recommend her

Dr. Moya is absolutely amazing! My daughter loves her and she is so kind. Highly recommend that anyone see her if need be.

Dr Moya is the best. She truly cares and listens to both the parents concerns as well as what the children want and take everything into consideration . She does not push drugs unless all parties involved think that it’s the right decision

Dr. Moya has done an amazing job working with 3 of my children. We started off with just one of our kids seeing her and I was extremely happy when she was able to give my son the help he so despritly needed. I was so impressed with her approach, that I decided to take another one of my kids. Again, I was very pleased with the outcome. I was convinced that she could help my third child. Our family has been Dr. Moya's patients for almost two years and I highly recommend her.

I'm sorry but this review is the for the demonic satanic secretaries Patty and Kristen. I was 45 minutes late once so after my appointment I apologized and said that the reason I was late was because I was scared to leave the house because I hear voices. The patient who was after me called me a little b**ch for being late. On top of that Patty said to me "Yea you better be scared little b**ch." and Kristen said "What!?" and Patty said "Ohh uhh I said I'm going to get my food from the fridge." I decided to forgive Patty because she's a weak little old woman not a lady but the other patient I decided to wait for him in the parking lot and yelled at him to say it to my face since I was already done with my appointment and I was on my way out. For whatever reason, although the phrase "Hypocrisy is the idiot's virtue." comes to mind, Patty took offense to me standing up for myself and it has now been 3 different times that she gossips to another patient and says "Watch out for the kid over there, he says things under his breath, and he yelled at a patient for being late." LIES!!! And when I try to keep an eye on Patty in case she gossips, Kristen gets in my face and says "Don't look at Patty!!" What a garbage way to treat a patient... She is AWESOME she is treating my daughter and we love her, she is so patient, kind and professional. Thanks Dr. Moya!!!!

I consider myself lucky to be a patient of Dr. Moya’s, so much so that I pay out of pocket for the privilege. I’ve seen many psychiatrists throughout my life, and I have difficulty finding anyone I really get along with (esp. women). I’ve stayed with Dr. Moya longer than any previous MD because I love and truly appreciate the balance she’s able to strike between professionalism, a deep knowledge of her subject, and a natural, sincere kindness & understanding. I even referred in my own fiancé.

Dr. Moya and all of her office staff have been extremely professional. I am truly blessed to have encountered such a great psychiatrist. She is very knowledge and was able to get my children's ADHD symptoms under good control. I am very happy with the services that we are receiving.

could not even set up an appointment as the receptionist Kristen was making the decision that our boys are "too young to be on medications" (they are adopted from the Foster care system with a history of trauma & neglect) and SHE was not sure that the Doctor would even want to see them. I tried to explain, We recently moved to the area and they have been fully evaluated by a Pediatric Neurologist, Psychiatrist and Psychologist, but not able to complete my sentence before being cut off.

She allowed my ex spouse to talk badly about me the entire time, even though the appointment was for our son's medication, not him. She coddled and comforted my ex spouse, even though he was a narcissistic alcoholic who was trying to push me out of our son's life. She was extremely unprofessional in how close and comfortable she was with my ex spouse, and how much she snapped at and chastised me based solely on his lies and his act he was putting on. My son made no progress.

Dr Moyà is great. She works with my son, and I'm very pleased with the progress that he has made since he started visiting her office. Unfortunately, it is her office staff that has forced me to seek a different do or for my son. The office staff is by far the worst I've ever encountered. They are rude and they tend to sigh every time I ask a question. We have asked for them to call us back regarding his medication and they don't. I had to reschedule once and mysteriously my new appointment was
