Dr. Madden performed a non-emergency laparoscopic appendectomy on me after a previous CT scan for an unrelated issue found my appendix was swollen. When I went back to the surgery room she was so kind. It’s very cold in the operating room & with a loving smile saying that her daughter was too old now to be tucked in, she tucked me in (I’m 42) and we talked about enjoying our children. She made me feel very at ease for my first time under anesthesia and surgery, like she cared about me as person
