During each visit Dr. Franco's office has been courteous and caring, providing only brief wait times and quickly responded to our needs. Further Dr. Franco herself takes great care and time with her patients, listening and advising. Not only did she recommend treatments but we found it very comforting that she took the time to explain her diagnosis, what it meant, possible underlying causes, and why we would be treating it the way we were. Including answering all our questions. All in an efficient way.
