I waited 4 months for my appointment (understandable) my daughter was a little over 3 at the moment of the appointment, has been having allergy problems since the 6mo. I take her every time to the pediatrician and every single time was allergies, she was with 3 different allergy/sinus medications for 3 years, she wasn’t worse. Finally i see dr falcon, i explains everything detailed since the beginning she saw her 10min, we did the blood test for allergies she told me that was a good test, and she’ll call with results, about 3 weeks later nurse called me to tell me that everything is ok i don't have to go back, i got upset and scheduled a phone appointment with the doctor. She called me with a very bad attitude, she told me that it was the daycare’s fault because of the kids getting sick, since all allergies were negative she kep saying that i needed to pull her out of daycare because that was the problem, that EVEN if she was positive for something there NOTHING TO DO! She forgot my daughter’s history that we talked in the first appointment completely. It was a long and heated conversation after telling me that she can’t do anything for my daughter after one 10min appointments, she suggested to go again. I was like, no thank you! For what? My daughter kept getting sick i took her to another doctor in Harlingen, first appointment i was told blood test are not accurate, we did the skin she came back with so many allergies she started a different treatment immediately and she is already getting better and starting treatment in march, she was heading in the direction of ASTHMA AND SHE DID DO ANYTHING! And the ladies in the front are so rude, they know is a busy place because we don’t have doctors like her and they act up entitled.

she has helped my daughter tremendously who suffers from severe eczema and TSW...in a matter of months her skin has cleared. i will never go back to a dermatologist! staff is great and very kind!

I had a missed call the following day and tried calling back half an hour later. The receptionist, Elisa, said I missed my appointment and i'd have to reschedule in 2 months. I lost my appointment due to this receptionist Elisa's mistake by not giving me a specific time. My advice to Doctor Maria Falcon, if you care about your Patients and your practice, you should hire people who are competent and professional. Great Docter!!! Great staff!!!

First time dealing with my child’s allergies. Doctor took her time in accessing my child holistically and explaining treatments available, medications, preventative measures. I am very happy I chose to go there. Definitely recommend her.

I don't have a problem with Dr. Falcon herself, but as mentioned above, some of her staff can be exceedingly rude. I am still working during COVID-19 in my office (not from home), and I need my appointments to get my allergy shots at a consistent time later in the day (which I have explained). I understand they have new clients and need to schedule them as well, but why when I have been scheduled for 4pm 2 weeks in a row do they all of a sudden change me to 3:30 the following week?

Wonderful experience. The whole staff is caring. Dr. Falcone is caring and through.

Dr. Falcon is amazing. Takes her time to address any concerns or questions. Does take awhile to be seen but understand she values her patients. As for her medical assistant. Beyond rude. Unprofessional. She needs to be replaced.

Took my daughter who suffers severe allergies .As a walk in due to the fact she was breaking out since weekend. They refused to see her saying only take by appointment . Very bad as any Dr should not refuse a patient.

Dr. Falcon and her nurses ares very friendly, but my biggest frustration is the long wait- like always it takes at least 30 minutes until they call you to the back and then another 40 minutes til youh see the doctor. Probably will find another doctor that sees patients within a reasonable time.

Despite having to wait quite a bit for my first time visiting the Allergy clinic. I understand how a doctor's office works. Even though, it took a while to be seen, I know it was because Dr. Falcon takes her time with all of her patients. Dr. Falcon only solidified my theory when she took her time on me. I have seen her multiple times since then and she is very clear and precise when explaining procedures she has ordered for me. She is very knowledgeable and credible and I would recommend her.

Dr. Falcon was very helpful and very thorough in explaining all detailed symptoms I currently was experiencing. Dr. Falcon takes her time with all her patients. She recommended an array of options which I was able to make a firm decision with her expertise. I definitely would recommend her to my family and friends.

Dr. Falcon is a very good doctor. But the medial assists care very unprofessional and rude.
