The receptionist is totally rude, cancelled on me twice for no reason given, then hung up on me.

Dr C. found a rare condition (Chiari Malformation) involving my daughter and this has been huge for our family. I will forever will be thankful for Dr. C. She is caring, knowledgeable, intuitive, and incredibly supportive. A life saver. And her staff is wonderful.

I am 37 weeks pregnant and walked into my 9am appt with Dr. Maria Castellese only to find that they do not follow Covid protocols. The 3 staff members I saw and other patients in the waiting room were all without masks. I went up to the front desk to voice my concerns and was giggled at and so I left. There was a total lack of concern for Covid and I was told that the Dr. doesn't get sick so that they didn't care to mask. No one was masked during the entire pandemic. I guess they don't care if they are a carrier without symptoms to all their patients that are already having chiropractic pain.

Never more than a 5 min. wait, easy scheduling, flexible appointments, great doctor, professional and friendly office staff. Just easy to deal with all around. Recommended!

Be prepared for a GIANT bill if you are out of network or need to meet a deductible. Also - they take the bill you owe directly out of your account without any notice! For someone who doesn't make a ton of money, I was very upset. I understand that I need to pay, and have no issue with that at all, but when you deduct money from my account without notice as to when it will be coming out is very poor business. I am very unhappy with this office. The staff did nothing to help in this situation, basically told me I signed a form that stated this and had nothing more to say. That wasn't the point I was addressing. Very poor customer service skills. Put yourself in the other person's shoes. The doctor was very quick to get the session over with, talked very fast, was not personable, just felt cold. I will never go back there or recommend her to anyone.
