Dr. Maria-Amelia Rodrigues

Physician Assistant Monique was very thorough in her explanations of treatment. Dr. Rodriguez is a very positive dynamic woman who really gave me encouragement just when I needed it most. Her Assistant called me within hour to let me know answers about my treatment and how they would proceed.

Doesn't have a great bedside manner and is very brisk. BUT, she will fight for you and is knowledgeable. However, my main issue is with the disorganization of MCI/ Baptist hospital. Their computer systems does not connect to each other so I had to repeat everything at least 4 times.. to various nurses and assistants. Also noticed the nurses were lazy. My in-depth medication details were in the notes taken by the PA.. so they couldn't be bothered to update the summary sheet. The phone systems and the online portals are awful as well. The appointments online never matched up with the ACTUAL appointments. And it takes me 3 times of being passed from person to person.. repeat my information EACH time.. just to cancel an appointment. JUST really bad service

Dr. Rodrigues is an empowered physician. She is excited about her work and how her patients can be treated, saved, cured, etc., through her efforts. She truly has "girl power!"

Dr. Rodrigues is the best! Dr Rodrigues took the extra time to address my concerns and comfort levels throughout the process. For Peace if mind I highly recommend Dr Rodrigues .
