I have been a patient of Dr Shannon’s for 25+ yrs. Although some of her staff has changed along with her office location, the care is always top priority. I feel like I am treated with excellent care and more often than not I am seen early. It’s a Doctors appointment I don’t skip. Great dermatologist & I look forward to my visits!

i didn't reconfirm their insurance accesaability as Dr. Shannon used to take Blue Cross. I went to the apt for nothing as i didn't want to pay cash price of over $150. seems this should be confirmed when apt. is made. good lesson for me.

Dr. Shannon and the staff are excellent! They are always helpful and friendly. Dr. Shannon is very knowledgeable and skilled. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I visited her office expecting to see her, but I got a nurse instead. I wanted to go to a specialist to address a cyst I had in my leg that was causing pain. I her through my insurance. I was seen by a nurse practitioner, Tolan Nguyen, who told me the cyst had burst after insisting upon giving me meds for it and recommended an injectable medication as well. She wanted to exam me when I had stitches removed. Long story short, I was charged 2 copays because she split exam in 2. I will not return.
