I've had two appointments with Dr. Liotta. Though she seems very knowledgeable, she is very short and rushed. If I have had an issue with a medication and called her office as directed, Loyola has a confusing phone system. When transferred to the doctor's office, there are times the calls go directly to a voice mail with no message on it. That is frustrating. The remaining staff are very kind and patient.
