Dr. Koehm is one of the best, most caring, intelligent physicians I have ever met. She has true compassion for her patients and takes her time listening to patients' complaints. She embodies the true meaning of what a physician should be.

She moved from Plainville MA to Nantucket and they are lucky to have her. Helped me through a very difficult diagnosis and I will always be grateful for her expertise and kindness.

Exceptional bedside manner and accurate diagnoses. She is a warm, caring doctor.

She has since moved away and is no longer in RI, but she is one of the best doctors, very caring and not pushy at all. Understands about patients who have to work, smokers etc. She advises and does not get angry if you question her, she just explains more and she has been 100% correct. Always smiles and also recognizes that sometimes people are overwhelmed with work, family etc.
