My visit was absolutely great. My hygienist was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and was extremely patient and understanding despite my not having been to the dentist in some years. Dr. Bircher was and has always been professional and kind. This office shows such concern for their patients, I would never go anywhere else.

Additionally I would like to give a shout out to their staff. Kelsey was the Dental assistant that cleaned my teeth. She was very professional and did a great job.

I managed to get dental floss stuck between two teeth. Dr Birchert got me in and carefully removed the very stick dental floss. There was no charge for their time

As always, I received high quality, professional care from Dr. Bircher and her staff. The cleaning I received today was by far the most gentle (and yet still thorough) cleaning I've ever had.

I think both the dentist do a great job however my conformation and reminder texts made me feel like the office didn’t have it together. My text reminder said my appt was at 9:30am but my card said 10am. I called the office and they confirmed a 9:30 appt. I then received a text the morning of my appt asking if I want to come in at 9am instead of 9:30am. About 15mins after that I received another text asking if it was ok to have Dr Margaret instead of Dr Tom. During my appt all the staff did a great job I just felt the office seemed unprepared prior to my appt.

I just had my very first appointment, and I was very pleased! Everyone was nice, helpful, and professional from the receptionist, dental hygienists and Dr. Meg! Their extra COVID-19 precautions made me safe, as well.

Ellie was my hygienist and did a very good job. Xrays were taken without ant problems. Love all the upgrades with xrays snd even the suction that goes in your mouth.

Routine visit for fitting my new upcoming dentures. This was the fourth time for fittings. These Dr's are very meticulous for their patients. We are very lucky to have them in our community
