I had gastric bypass about 15 months ago and have lost 169 pounds, although I have reached a loss of 171, but gain two pounds back and forth. I have had some ups and downs from the surgery, but would still do it all over again. I am no longer diabetic, no high blood pressure, and no high cholesterol. But my potassium levels are driving my MD crazy. She's constantly calling for blood draws trying to find out why it keeps dropping. Anyway, over and above all the negativity that comes with the surgery, I'm happy with the outcome and am grateful for Dr. Millers help. He is the greatest. Excellent surgeon! Dr Miller is very professional, instills great faith in his patient that they are in excellent hands. Dr. Miller possesses incredible skills and is well thought of by peers and associates. He was able to remove an infected gall bladder laparoscopically saving me from the more invasive and painful surgery. Dr Miller explains and answers patient's questions thoroughly. He has a very good "bedside manner". Dr. Miller also has an excellent, efficient and patient oriented staff: from the resident that questioned me in the ER; pre OP personnel; OR and Post OP. The morning after the operation, I was visited twice by his staff for follow up. I highly recommend Dr. Miller. You will be in excellent hands. Excellent surgeon! Dr Miller helped me through my gastric bypass journey - and even stepped up another time I needed an emergency appendectomy!! I have been seeing Dr Miller for more than 2 years and hope to see him for many more!! He has a no nonsense manner that I love, he never speaks down to you and can explain things so that you understand exactly what is going on. He cares about/ is committed to his patients and is passionate about his work - He is the Best!!

My dad was diagnosed with pancreatitis in 2010 and Dr. Miller was his surgeon. He had 3 different surgeries as a direct result of his illness and Dr. Miller was nothing less than professional. We absolutely loved him and still credit him with devising the treatment plan that resulted in Dad’s survival.

Dr Miller is not warm and fuzzy. He is however a fabulous surgeon. He did not bariatric on July 12 2017. I was fully informed. I had no side effects except weight loss. He and the entire staff took excellent care of me.

Went to see dr miller and they were supposed to schedule surgery for may 25,thank goodness was not impressed and went elsewhere since we NEVER got a car for the surgery,today is may 24 and still has receive no phone call,would not recommend or go back
