I’ve had ONE good experience here with Delfina Harvey she is amazing and needs a better clinic and now I’m not allowed to see her? . I had been sent to I think Girbatch and Nahal and I have NEVER felt more disappointed. I will not be coming back here I am done with this office. I have been LAUGHED at, told I don’t “look disabled” and completely cut off. More times than not I am severely disrespected by the doctor and I was sent into a panic attack. But he didn’t think of trying to help with that. He said I’m fine and needed to calm down. Didn’t even get me a tissue for my snot covered mask and just immediately told me to put it back on when trying to catch a breath. DO NOT COME HERE. ESPECIALLY IF WHITE. I am a white woman and I strongly believe they have something against white people or white women. It’s full of Hispanics and normally I don’t mind as that doesn’t matter but I am always looked at in dirty ways, and they seem to just think I’m some young white person trying to get disability for fun. WHICH IM NOT. Anyway rant over. Don’t waste your time going here. I haven’t even gotten a call back about my issues. I will do everything I can to take it to corporate. Best believe .

If your thinking about getting your medical care here I recommend that you don't. All of these reviews are true. If you have an appointment they ask you arrive 20 minutes early. I arrived at 11:30 and wasn't seen until 1 pm. They don't call you to give you lab results, you have to make an appointment oh but if you're "healthy" and don't need to be seen they expect you to still schedule an appointment or they don't approve your medication refills. I've been with this group for 4 years and drop the ball every year on signing up with another provider. I've only been here 3 times and every time it's the same experience. Stay clear from this place. While I was there there was a sweet elderly woman that had been there since 9am and hadn't been seen mind you I arrived at 11:30!

I have been with the Borrero Clinic for over 10 years. Before the pandemic, it was quite good. Since then, the staff at the front desk has made it impossible to deal with them. One example: 2 weeks ago, I saw Dr. Najar. He gave me a new prescription. The Assistant called it in to the wrong pharmacy. She then called it in to the correct one but did not cancel the first one, so I never got the prescription. This week, I tried to correct the situation. She did exactly the same thing, so I still don't have the prescription. 3 days ago, I called & asked that she return my call. Still waiting for that to happen. Meantime I still don't have the medication. Seriously considering changing doctors, out of this clinic. They can't seem to get the problems with the staff taken care of.

I have been with Dr. Bravo for over 20 years. My entire Family. He is caring, outstanding and listens to us. He has helped my family through good and bad. He has really shown us all how to overcome alot. From fevers to depression. We appreciate him very much! There has only been one thing that has changed at this office. The staff that answers the phones are not as caring as the doctors. They leave you on hold for over 30 mins at a time. Only to hang up on you. Hopefully they can get back to the way they used to be. Caring for sick people again.

I have multiple issues with this office that I started going to. I honestly wish I could rate this place a 0. I don't normally write reviews but this place takes the cake. The staff puts you on hold hoping you will hang-up. I've heard about them taking guesses to how long someone will stay on the line for. I've been on hold several times for over 10minutes, hangup and then call again and then they answer me asking what they can do. I am on anxiety medicine that I have not been able to refill because of switching insurance and my primary care doctor through this group (Sammi I believe) "tried his best" to look at other anxiety medicines that I would have to talk to my psychologist about.
