Don't trust this doctor with your personal information! Don't waste your time! Horrible patient service. Drive the extra 30 minutes to go to another rheumatologist. Let me preface by saying that I don't really write reviews, and I go to a ton of doctors with Hunterdon. I feel strongly enough to help other people to avoid this so-called "dr." Let me share the experience we had. We went in for a follow up appointment. Please note that this is still COVID-19. We waited for 30 min in an office that had a desk, X-ray screen, food and microwave, and a chair to examine patients. THERE ARE HUNDREDS & HUNDREDS OF FILES WITH PATIENTS' PERSONAL INFO AND FILES ALL OVER THE OFFICE WHERE HE CONSULTS PATIENTS! I easily could have taken any of them and no one would have noticed. Why didn't they have us wait in the car and call when they are ready, like every other dr. during COVID? Why didn't they have us wait in the car and call when they are ready, like every other dr. during COVID? Then, office workers came into this office (within 6 ft of where we sat) getting snacks while we are still waiting for the dr. He comes in, and is reviewing the info for the first time (why didn't he do this before he made us wait 30 min?) He proceeds to dictate himself into the computer, instead of having an assistant help with this. At the end, we got a prescription for a stronger version of Advil. Then the bills come in at $700, after insurance. I called the office manager to ask for a payment plan, just over the next 3 months. First, she doesn't return my call. I called a second time and she said to call her back another day. I said, "Why don't you call me when you can?" She said, "It would be easier for you to call me." I call her again another day. I told her my concerns about HIPPA compliance and the treatment we had. Granted she is his wife, she defended everything that happened there saying this is how doctors are, they have the right to store files wherever they want. They don't do payment plans. Why isn't this stated when you fill out the paperwork initially? She wasn't willing to work with me AT ALL. The conversation was all about her, how she waits 3 hours for doctors, how she sees files in doctors' offices all the time. She continued to repeat herself, "This is how doctors are." She clearly hasn't been to a doctor in the past 5 years, nor during COVID. This isn't a way to treat people. There is no patient service here at all. BUYER BEWARE! I reported him to my insurance, to the head of Hunterdon Medical Partners and to the US Dept of Health for the way he treats patients personal information. I left the other issues with her out of it, as she is just a miserable, nasty person, and doesn't care about anyone but herself.

Dr storch has helped me a great deal. When I first came to him, my hands were swollen , my hips felt like I had sand in my joints...today I am mostly pain free, am weaving again and walk for excercise. A godsend.

I went to see Dr Storch after I tested positive for auto immune. He ran a number of tests which all came back negative...so he sent me on my way telling me I was fine. My symptoms have subsequently continued to the point where my day to day life is impacted. I am extremely disappointed with the Dr's lackadaisical response. Added to this, his office incorrectly coded one of the tests and, after 4 months of numerous back and forth phone calls with Justin from Dr Storch's office, Labcorp and my insurance company, I received a 'severely delinquent account' letter from Labcorp - they never received the new coding. All the Dr's office had to do was file a new code. I have decided to just pay the bill myself....and I will be going to another Dr.

I’ve known Dr Storch for close to 30 years. He used to be a great diagnostician and a kind doctor. The antithesis is true now. He somehow and somewhere lost his empathy along the way. He no longer cares if you’re in pain or if you need to see him in an emergency. He simply doesn’t care. It seems all he’s interested in is his religion and those patients who share that religion. It’s not even hidden. He is obvious about it. I have never felt so dismissed by a doctor before. His office in Hillsborough is a mess. The room in which they take bloodwork is filthy and strewn with old casting material and out of date machinery. His office over billed me three times. It’s called Balance Billing and it’s not allowed. I feel sorry for older folks who just pay any bill their doctor sends them. In this case my insurance company told me not to pay the overages since he had contracted to abide by the Insurance’s billing

This office is the worst example of what healthcare should look like. I recently spent 1 1/2 hours waiting to be seen. It was quite interesting listening to Gail talk about the Dr to other staff, answer the phone rudely, or even announce she's putting all the phone lines on hold. A comedy show, They don't care about the patient. Dr St insisted I don't have Fibromyalgia and when I protested long enough he wrote Fibromyalgia on my patient care plan. Don't go unless you want to watch a circus!

I have been going to Dr. Storch for 7 years. They have a brand new system that has cured the appointment issues, and I highly recommend him. He has been very very easy to work with, and I actually enjoy my visits. My symptoms are under control thanks to him, and the on-site phlebotomist is also a sweetheart. If you have issues, stop in. (He is very busy though - not a surprise.)

Terrible. Office staff Gayle is one if the most rude and incompetent people I know.Who cares if he is a decent doctor. Appointments get mixed up and antiquated system. Dont go

I have been seeing Doctor Storch for about 5 years now. He has been very thorough in diagnosing my conditions. Meds he has prescribed have helped. I value him as a Doctor and friend as he takes a very strong interest in my over all health.

I would never recommend anyone to this practice. The doctor has absolutely no personality at all and talks to you like you're an idiot. In the meantime, his receptionist is the rudest woman I have ever met. I have requested my medical records since February for an appointment with social security and I still don't have them. Her response was "I didn't think I was on a time frame." I told her more than once I had an appointment. I asked to speak to the doctor and she blocks you every time.

Dr. Storch ruled out Lyme Disease without any testing and wrote a sarcastic insulting note and strutted around the office proclaiming this was a perfect example of erroneous indication of phony Lyme Disease. My physical therapist was reporting suspicion of Lyme. I went to a highly regarded group in Philadelphia who performed the Lyme test and found the highest positive result they had ever seen, prescribed antibiotics, and cured the Lyme.

Dr. Storch presents as intelligent, but a bit condescending. He spoke to me using the most basic words, as though I was illiterate. I felt insulted (I am not referring to technical medical terminology). He was not comprehensive in describing tests and the reasons for them. I was "in-and-out" for our second appointment, which I liked. Front office staff were "stiff." One woman did help me well with my issue. I will return two more times before making a decision to .continue.

The receptionist is his wife. Made first appt on phone with very rude woman. Show up and same voice matches woman who is receptionist at Flemington office. I smile but met with blank stare. A tall doctor appears, notices me and smiles. She gives him a dirty look and he says to me "Isn't my wife a beautiful woman?" Oh boy! I should have known that would set the tone for future disasters. Primary doc has trouble with his office. Show up for appts in pain from fybro and she says I'm not in book.

I felt rushed through each appointment. I was given a diagnosis of fibromyalgia and medication for it only after 2 tests, but he never listed it in my medical records. I felt he just gave me a diagnosis and meds to get me out of the office quicker. My primary took me off of the meds because there was no diagnosis charted for the use of them.

Have only been to the Hillsborough office, so the actual office space in Flemington may be a nicer one. The women who answers the phone and makes appointments is not nice; actually she is rude. She is very busy, but does not return calls with any efficiency, and I have been put on hold for almost an hour and then they hang up. Dr. Storch is the exact opposite - very patient, pleasant, competent and through.

The absolutely worst front office staff. Gale is extremely rude and condescending and a liar on top of it. I wouldn't recommend going there to my worst enemy! I have never in my life been so rudely treated by a doctor's office in my life! Find another doctor if you actually care about your health.

Three appointments so far... He is kind, friendly, empathetic and caring. With his help and diagnosis, I am already getting relief with the right medication. I've been in pain for years, and am still in care with a pain specialist...for the first time in years, I'm not thinking about pain all day. That's huge . I feel like I'm getting a piece of myself back, thanks to Dr. Storch. So thrilled to have found him. I'm a 48yo woman at the time of writing this.

had a recent appt with Dr Storch. I thought he did a very comprehensive exam and took history. Everyone was very courteous. I highly recommend him.
