Nice physician, but didn’t expect a copay of $185 3 days after last visit; paid $72 plus $25 ? Earlier; don’t like those surprises!for wife Judith

DR Rogers did a ultrasound of my arm and saw that the fistula had closed up and disappeared from my arm. So he checked my right arm and saw that he could put one in my right arm so we scheduled a appointment to do my right arm I went to the hospital and he put one in my right arm.

Dr. Marc diagnosed and performed my appendectomy. I couldn't have been more comfortable and content with another doctor. He is very friendly, professional, informative, and personable. Thank you, Sir.

Outstanding physician! Dr Rogers was great and thorough in all respects. Physicians of this caliber are hard to find and I am very disappointed that he is leaving NW Bentonville! It is especially troublesome that it ‘appears’ he is being displaced by another Physician Group. NW keeps trying to cut corners and it will wind up biting them big time. I for one will be looking to follow Dr. Rogers.

Dr Rogers is a professional and competent Surgeon. He and his staff are consistent in their top notch service to their customers. Dr Rogers is considered our Family Surgeon. It is a shame that he and his practice are being discontinued from providing services to the Northwest Health programs. More should be done to ensure his active role in services to the Northwest Health customer base.

Dr. Rogers is the absolute best doctor I have ever used for my healthcare. He is truly one of a kind. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness. His office team is also amazing. I had to reschedule my surgery a few times due to personal reasons and the office staff was always very understanding. The hospital staff at Northwest Medical in Bentonville was really incredible as well. Everyone was caring, friendly and all in a happy mood. I was totally impressed with my entire experience. Bravo for an amazing team that truly cares for the human race. Thank you so very much!!!

Dr Rogers is the best! My husband received the most excellent care recently. Dr Rogers saved my mom’s life a few years back! Thank you so much to this wonderful surgeon. We won’t go anywhere else, if we can help it!

Couldn't ask for a better doctor than Dr. Rogers! I have to say that I'm a bit of a handful to say the least! I'm always ready with an inappropriate joke for the day and seem to always have the one thing to say that he didn't expect! He handles it all in stride and I hope at the end of the day I'm one of the reasons he smiles!

Marc is best doctor I've ever been to

The entire team for Dr Rogers is top shelf. He always had time for you whither it’s a question or concern he makes time and genuinely cares. I had my first surgery with him, and I was a nervous wreck. He explained prior to the surgery that it was one of the most common surgery for middle aged men in America. He went over the procedure , and what was to be expected post surgery. He has since performed a gall bladder removal (was a piece of cake.) Dr. Rogers is the best. He takes his time to explain what needs to be done and explain the pros and cons. He answers all questions. He is kind, caring and very compassionate. I have complete confidence and faith in him and highly recommend him to anyone needing surgery!

Dr. Rogers has excellent bedside demeanor and he thoroughly explains the medical procedure. Very good follow up and makes sure your needs and concerns are addressed.

Best experience I’ve ever had at a doctor. He did a hernia surgery and I never had to take but 1 pain pill didn’t really need to but my wife and daughter insisted so could get a good night sleep. No problem sleeping or doing anything was up and around doing normal stuff but lifting the next day. No discomfort at all. Would recommend Dr Rogers to anyone for sure. Dr. Roger's, his staff and his surgical staff are the greatest.

Dr Rogers is the kindest and most caring Dr I have seen in a long time (& I have been sick for 4 years so have seen many!) He took the time to listen intently to my concerns, addressed each one, and even tho I’ve already had many tests, he hasn’t given up, and told he would continue to do his best to figure out my problem. I am thankful for choosing Dr. Rogers for my surgery. Upon my first visit he was attentive and thorough about my procedure. A great all around experience. I would recommend him to others in need of hernia repair.

Appointment times are an issue. I am not sure if they are double booking or what, but this is the third visit where we are waiting well over an hour to see doctor. When you present issue on wait time with receptionists, they make it seem like you arrived too early or the doctor is running behind (he starts clinic at 9 a.m.). Our appointment is at 10 a.m. How is he that far behind first thing in morning -- EVERY appointment? Then you watch folks come in up to 40 mins after you -- get called back before you. We arrived today just a few minutes before our appointment . We have been here almost an hour and a half. This is ridiculous. The patient's time is important, too! Appointment times are an issue. I was in surgery by 7:30am and was walking out of the hospital by 11:30am. The operation was quick, and the recovery time in the hospital was short, as the procedure was outpatient surgery. Recovery is going well. Good medication made the soreness and pain of the first few days manageable, and I’m looking forward to continuing my regular activities soon. I have an 11:00 am appointment, 33 minutes later I asked how much longer it would be, I was told he typically runs about an hour late. Not even an apology, I was just asked if I wanted to reschedule. Excellent customer service so far!

Doctor Rogers was very attentive. He listened to my symptoms and ordered tests. After the test came back he told me his recommendation. He was clear in what he was going to do and clear in what I should expect post op.

It was gratifying to have Dr. Rogers help me through the decision making process of determining whether to have surgery to remove a polyp in a difficult position. He explained the choices and listened to my concerns. I feel confident that the best decision was made.

Dr. Rogers saw me at my very lowest point. My intestines were a complete mess; I had been in constant pain for over 5 years. Everything from double sutures and two failed mesh attempts resulted in 6 surgeries with lots of scar tissue and yet another hernia. Dr. Rogers was my last surgery—he ended my 5 year torture with my 7th and final surgery. It was a “reconstruction” of sorts, he reinforced my shredded stomach wall with a bio mesh. He kept me in the hospital for several days (which I wasn’t thrilled with but he really did know best) and I had drain tubes coming out of my stomach for a few weeks (again, he knew best and I’m glad I trusted him.) By the time he was done, I did hurt, but his solution was permanent and over the next several months I began to feel better as my body healed and became stronger and stronger. Yes, I have to be careful with some heavy lifting (I’m not going to risk anything) but looking back on how much pain I went through and seeing myself today (taking ZERO pain medication, and my only “restriction” is just making sure I don’t do anything too crazy) makes me absolutely GRATEFUL for such a FANTASTIC doctor who was willing to always be there for me, to listen to me, push me when I needed it, and always have my best interest and health first and foremost in mind. Dr. Rogers spends the time with his patients to understand their issues, make them feel comfortable, work through a goal plan that they feel good about, and NEVER EVER makes you feel like he needs to just rush you out the door so he can get to the next person. Dr. Roger's saved my mother's life in 2007 when he was in Hot Springs, Ar. Didn't matter how late it was he came in to see her every day/ night. Wonderful dr & surgeon.

Found Dr. Rogers to be very honest with me giving me best/worst case scenario, and what he anticipated the outcome would be. He went way above and beyond as a doctor. I had a slow recovery and became very depressed. Doc took the time to encourage me and offered several suggestions to help me physically, emotionally, as well as spiritually. He consulted with other physicians to help me find the answers I needed. Dr. Rogers is the first doctor that I felt totally comfortable and confident in. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I was close to death and wanted to call it quit, was tired of being sick and in pain. He said no and put the fight back in me. Thanks Doc, DR

I have very mixed feelings. Dr. Rogers is a wonderful man. His staff is equally as wonderful. However, the last two times we’ve been there we waited for over an hour and a half. The first being a follow up visit. They would do well to practice a bit more time management skills. I watched many others wait long as well. Why be there 15 minutes early, as they require, and then have you sit and wait wellnover an hour? I don’t get it.
