Down to earth. Caring. Spends time with his patients.
1-They ordered MRI. I picked up result where I had it done 1 week later, they still hadn’t called me with results from New’s office. I called them. 2- The ordered upper GI @ musc. 2 weeks later they still haven’t called me with the results. Both times I was told by facility that they sent the results the day the were done. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Best Doctor ever!! He has taken care of me for years and now my mom who moved her 2 years ago! Best bed side manner ever!!
Could not ask for better care during a recent illness. Dr. New took his time explaining the procedure I was about to have, and he also showed genuine care. I have been a nurse for 25 years, and trust me, this is something you don’t see every day! The entire staff at the office were great as well. ????

Dr. New is so easy to talk to about problems. He is sensitive to how embarrassing it is to talk about gastro issues and has a way of putting the patient at ease. He is a skilled physician.
