Dr. Marc E. Lynch

So Far so good with pain management been going about three years now

unable to complete pain management through this doctor or synovation, having to try to get insurance to schedule through anyone else. I beleive only the worst doctors come from western school of medicine.

Dr. Lynch himself is good but his office staff is just terrible. They are bunch of careless, uninformative, inefficient people. It's just amazing how bad they are. If it weren't because of Dr. Lynch being good, it wouldn't be worth to deal with these worthless people!

I like him but his office workers are just bad. I don't understand why he doesn't fix it! 80% of his reviews deal with people complaining about his office. He needs a qualified office manager, implementing a good system. This may cost a few dollars, but how many people looked for other alternatives out of frustration with his office staff! No commication, he did a procedure on my lower back now I can’t hardly walk, can’t get a hold of him. Never explained anything to me, I work up they sent me home, no commication.

Dr. Lynch is a very caring and compassionate doctor. He helped me to finally break away from chronic pain and not have to take oral medications at all. He and his staff are welcoming and take the time to listen. Thank you Dr. Lynch

Horrible office communication, lack of follow up and they do not return calls.

Dr.Lynch is very professional and caring.I would highly recommend him to all.

Dr. Lynch is a fantastic doctor!! His office and staffing , both in the front and back office are excellent also. I have a long history of working in the medical field and we, (in the field), do not make the most easiest patient as we would rather be awake assisting in our own procedures, lol. When Dr. Lynch told me that I will want to be asleep during this procedure I said ok. I trust his medical skills, knowledge and training and the staff that he works with know and all like him so well that everything works like clock work. Dr. Lynch has a great bedside manner, he explains the condition and the procedure clearly so that there are no questions. Dr. Lynch is a excellent physician and top caliber in his field and I would highly recommend him. His has several offices, all great and does procedures out of many facilities to accommodate all of his patients. We here in California, should consider ourselves very lucky that such an excellent doctor still resides here to help so many.

Able to get a new appt. Due to chronic MS pain n referral. Staff is very professional n Doctor Lynch very knowledgeable. New chino location is on walnut near central. 2-3 was. To obtain an appt though!

Excellent Dr. He listens to you and does NOT just write you a prescription for pain meds like so many. He is genuinely focused on your individual pain issues and their causes. He then outlines an individualized program just for you. I would highly recommend Dr Lynch to anyone with serious, severe or chronic pain issues.

I have been with Dr. Lynch for about 3-4 yrs, I was skeptical about anyone being able to take the chronic pain I live in daily, but they did it. The Dr.s and assistants tried numerous regimens and wouldn’t stop till they found the right one, and my life has gotten so much better. I really think a lot of the entire staff, they are all so good to me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lynch and his P.A. Caryn for many years now. I have moved 2 hours away but still go to see them because they are the only providers I can trust. They really do know what they are doing. I am a nurse and was told I could never work ER or Urgent Care again because of my back. I cried like a baby but these providers really do know what they are doing and have helped me out tremendously.

In the 5 years with Lynch's & his assoc. (Dr. Hsin) in Upland I have had nothing but frustration with the unprofessional office staff. Very rude. I have had a pain problem for 24 years. I informed them of my desire to get the pain pump but they didn't schedule the procedure or send letters even though I informed them numerous times I would be off of my meds (detoxing) and needed the surgery asap!! When I asked how he knew something he replied because I know. I suggest you not go to Lynch!

The doctor is great,it's his office people that are not to organized, I come in this morning for pre-op and they tell me my appointment ain't until tomorrow, marcy has screwed up in the past also,I'm waiting for doctor to get here so I can find out if I can get in today, I drove over an hour to get here, LOL
