Every one was very professional and every thing was done in a timely fashion.

after reading the issues with staff rudeness, i will pass on this Dr. Too bad, but so many practices have people with bad attitudes and could care less. if the Dr. does not care enough to reel that behavior in, they will not care about you the patient.

My epidural went well - immediate results are good. A few more days will tell how much lasting relief I will get. Thanks Marc for a good job.

I was just there yesterday for the first time for spinal injections and everything went well. It did not take long before my hip and leg pain was greatly reduced and a little more today and here's hoping in the next 3 or 4 days to be back close to normal. Dr. Levine and the entire staff at Resolute in Stuart were very professional and caring.

This review is not for the Dr’s but rather for the staff. Dealing with the staff has been one of worst most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had to deal with. I went to Dr Levine 2 years ago after a car accident & I had a positive experience. I received multiple neck epidural injections which helped my pain. So when the pain returned this year I went back. However this time around has been nothing but a nightmare. I scheduled my neck epidural and at no point did a single person tell me if I had the COVID vaccine or was thinking about getting it that I needed to wait 2 weeks after to schedule my procedure. I found this out while I was standing at the front desk checking in for my schedule procedure. At which point I was in a great deal of pain since I had to stop all pain meds in preparation a week beforehand, took time off work, even missed some days because my pain was so severe & on top of it I took a volume to prepare which was all in vain as I was not able to move forward with my procedure because I had my vaccine the week before. I rescheduled the procedure & just tried to look past this experience as I was desperate for pain relief. Unfortunately everything just got worse from there. I had to call multiple countless times requesting for the volume to be refilled since I took the previous one in preparation for the procedure since it says to take 30 minutes ahead & I didn’t know it wouldn’t happen until after. The day of my procedure the prescription still had not been called in. I literally had to call almost every hour the day of my procedure to finally get it called in. Which I then had to turn around and beg the pharmacy to expedite it because it would not be ready in time. I picked up the prescription on my way to my appointment!! Talk about beyond frustrating. But whatever I’ll try to look past it because maybe it was just a weird fluke. I go for my follow up & am told I need to have a 2nd injection in my neck. While there with the dr I asked for the prescription to be put in which they claim was put in. Week later guess what was not put in? So here I go again chasing a prescription. I’ve been told time & time again that it will be put in & days have passed with it not being put into my pharmacy. It is now the day before my procedure (which btw is first thing in the morning so I don’t have time to be on the phone with them the day of) and I was told by managers that management was involved. Yet it is half way thru the day & my pharmacy still does not have the prescription. I will get my procedure with or without this stupid prescription however I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!! I don’t understand what has drastically changed from 2 years ago to now but this is the worst office staff I have ever in my life had to deal with. No one returns your calls when they promise to call you back, no one responds to your messages in the portal, no one fulfills their promise of putting in the prescription like they said they would. Even when you supposedly speak with management the issue is still left unresolved. Dr. Levine is very sweet & is a good dr which is a shame because his frontline employees are tarnishing his name with extremely poor patient care.

Dr. Levine and his nurse were very welcoming and more importantly, they listened attentively to me as I shared the symptoms I was experiencing. This was my first visit to Dr. Levine and I came away feeling confident that I was in good hands.

I’ve been going to Resolute since 2005. Dr Levine, Karen and the entire staff have been wonderful the entire time I’ve been going; they are caring, helpful and very informative. I would recommend Dr Levine and the entire staff to anyone who wants relief and understanding. Thank you all for being the best.

It was great to finally see the inside of the new office. I don't mind the drive thru. I have Karen as my practitioner and I have to say that she really cares. This office has some great staff!

Staff at Resolute Pain Management are the best. Over the years I developed some real pain in my lower back and was unable to do normal daily activity. After some time and the correct treatment, I am now able to have my quality of life and even enjoy bowling activities. I am not pain free but now in so much less pain that I can enjoy life. Resolute Pain Solutions has made it possible for me to live a quality life. Before my back was giving me so much trouble and pain that I could not perform simple tasks much less try to be active. Dr. Levine and his staff have been excellent in getting my pain under control to the point that I can even be involved in the bowling sport I love. Dr. Warsch has performed the Rhizotomy procedure on my lower back which gives me about 12 months of relief. All the staff are just great. Can't say enough about Cheryl, Heather, Tayler, Jennifer and Darlene at the desk. All of the doctors have been outstanding.

If you go there for an appointment you dont even get out of the car! Youu have to pull up to a an old bank drive up & they come outside to talk to you! He couldn't even copy my MRII disk to know what was going on with me! They have lack of communication!

Current contact (Karen) most concerned with CONTROL rather than listen. More concerned with putting words in your mouth. Yes, am unhappy. Rather than being negative in detail, a change in contact personnel is important to me.

Dr warsch: He is affective personable and very likable. I highly recommend this doctor.

Always on time. My ARNP is Heather. When I see her, it truly feels like I'm the only patient she has. Feels like i just left therapy. The office staff are always prepared, proficient, kind and understanding. I have MS. Docs have a habit of being overwhelmed with it's own set of complications. Not Heather. She knows her stuff.

Dr. Levine and his PA, Marnie, are the best! They make sure you are taken care and listen to your concerns whole being careful and conservative, I highly recommend them!

Dr. Levine is always very professional and punctual. Dr. Levine really cares about his patients. I saw Karen on my last visit she too is professional and punctual. Karen and Dr. Levin care about there patients. To these Doctors you are not a number you are a person. I have never had a bad experience at this facility. Everyone I have encountered are kind, polite and helpful. My pain level is now manageable. I truly am THANKFUL for this practice.

I have multiple lumbar issues from L2 to S1. I had two back surgeries in 2004 and have been seeing Dr. Levine (recommended by my surgeon, John Robinson) and his staff for over 10 years in order to avoid a spinal fusion. He has performed, facets, transforamanals,and caudal injections on me, along with prescribing medications. I am not totally without pain, but it is manageable, allowing me to lead a fairly normal life. I probably have had more than 30 procedures performed by him (a few by one of his partners) and have never had any problems or adverse reactions.I think he is great. He is cordial, sometimes funny, but most of the time, he is serious and concentrates on getting the job done.

We really miss Dr. Swartz. He REALLY cared and did all he could, legally, to reduce our pain. Dr. Levine doesn't seem to care as much. We don't know why Dr. Swartz isn't there anymore but both my father-in-law and I and other patients I have spoken to, REALLY do miss him. Since Dr. Levine took over they have drastically reduced my father-in-law's pain medication...and mine :-( We are not drug addicts by ANY means, but are both in excruciating daily pain. He can not take 2 steps without stopping in horrible pain but yet his pain medication continues to be reduced. He is now on a walker 24/7 and soon to be in a wheelchair :-( As for me, I can't get out of bed without my husband helping me and putting so much as 2 dishes in the dishwasher is excruciating! And ANY housework (laundry, changing sheets, vacuuming with light vacuum) is absolutely impossible. I can no longer even pick up my cat :-( or bend down to feed her I am not able to stand long enough to cook anymore either, on top of working my husband now has to do ALL of the cooking and housework :-( ...no exaggeration !! They also now send our prescriptions electronically to Walgreens which has both Walgreens and us all messed up. Even Walgreen's pharmacist has had screaming battles on the phone with them since they refuse to include our "next fill date" on the Rx order, which I'm sure drug addicts love but not us, we want to know when to pick up our next Rx and Walgreens would like to know when they can LEGALLY disburse the Rx's. Resolute Pain Solutions ( Dr. Levine) used to truly care about their patients but not anymore. They refused to put Dad back on his usual dosages until he tries the new lower dose to see if it helps him. I pointed out that while on the higher dosage he still could barely walk, so "common sence" should tell them that lowering his dose will cause him more pain....they disagreed !! According to Walgreens pharmacist, our higher doses were still within legal limits, although Resolute disagrees ! The Same situation applies to me. HOWEVER, their front office personnel are very efficient, helpful and friendly and do all they can to work around your busy schedule when setting up appointments. All other personnel are excellent too, except for the P.A 's, , whom are the ones who insist on lowering our pain medication dosages per Dr. Levine's orders I'm sure... I used to recommend Resolute Pain Solutions to my friends and family, but no more, and once you are in with them you are trapped, since in order to change pain doctors your G.P. or surgeon has to refer you and I don't even know any other legal pain management facilities in Stuart anyway... We are stuck there but very unhappy ???????? We really miss Dr. Swartz. He REALLY cared and did all he could, legally, to reduce our pain. Dr. Levine doesn't seem to care as much. Thru this Covid period..The service and staff have all gone above and beyond their call to duty.I did both a drive thru and a Virtual Appt and they both went very well...As always..I am never rushed ..they always make me feel like number 1...what a great Place to do business with . Thank you all.

My last visit was thru a drive thru and worked out real great with the nurse. Never got out of the car but accomplished every thing tat was asked.

Karen and Chickee (I believe is her name) take good care of us. They use the pre-cautions and have a somewhat normal visit outside in drive thru. Karen has and always will be very professional and knowledgeable and explains things to you. Karen is not afraid to try and help you, she will do what she can within her authority. I have a lot of respect for Karen and Chickee also. Going to a pain clinic is not fun, at least they try to help us less unfortunate and relieve some of our pain. We need more caring, compassionate and dedicated people like Karen and Chickee in this world.

Smart, compassionate, attentive to my issues, asks a lot of questions and really answers the questions, never “rush's” through the appointment

The visit with Dr. Levine was very good it’s just like going into the office

My first telemedicine appointment. I had a bit of trouble initially but that was due to my telephone reception at home. Once we did connect, I had a very good appointment.

Different experience because of COVID, but overall good. Dr. Levine seems extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have not gotten much follow up from their office or staff since my visit a couple weeks ago and I have reached out to them a couple times now without hearing back.
