I would rate Dr. Klein a 5 individually and recommend him he is GREAT. Very knowledgeable with quick in and out service… but unfortunately dealing with his receptionist Rita is terrible!! She is VERY Rude and not helpful at all. Always has an attitude not pleasant to talk to! Most definitely rating her a 0.

Great doctor, I will definitely be coming back If I have any future problems.

Receptionist is rude!

Did his best to make me comfortable and make sure I wouldn’t feel a thing getting my toenails partially removed, was super friendly and helped distract me from the numbing shots too as he saw they were bothering me. If I ever need a podiatrist again I’ll be returning here.

Horrible experience myself and he permantly screwed up my brother in law to witch another awsome doctor had to try to piece his foot back together!

Very bad bedside manner

I have been to several local podiatrists over the years and have to say Dr. Klein and his staff are great. Took excellent care of me and highly recommend him if you or yours ever need foot care in Middletown.

Absolutely No help AT ALL!!! Still in horrendous pain and told me to go to my primary care physician. Wasted copays. Asked him twice in two appts about addl issue: calluses... issue ignored. Had to dial my phone number twice because office phone was not working right and I heard him complain immensely for having to do so. Still can't believe I got nothing out of two appts!!!!!!!

Dr. Klein is not a doctor to rush in to surgery. He explores all options, and used surgery as a last resort. I appreciated that. He's always very punctual, courteous, and professional!
