He is a true caring and compassionate person. He treats me as a friend would with sincerity and concern for my best interest. We need more MDs like Dr Kallins.

I am a patient of Dr. Kallins. To me he has been a GREAT Doctor, helping me deal with my ailments, as well as helping me to monitor my overall physical and mental health. He takes a Real and Genuine interest in my Health and well being and treats me like a human being should be, not as just another number or statistic. The whole Staff there are one of the most helpful and friendliest that I have gone to in my whole life of 60 yrs. I would highly recommend their practice to anyone who may not feel that they are getting adequate attention from other MD's that they are seeing. I am a patient of Dr. Kallins. I went to see Dr. Kallins because Dr. Tsai was not available. Did not even compare!! He wasn't terrible, but he wasn't exceptional. Also, the woman that does scheduling and payments is very unpleasant to work with. I really wish they would do something about that. (Will not name her here, but she has been there a long time.)

I haven't seen Dr. Kallins but my sister has and she's been with for roughly 10 plus years and all if a sudden she is no longer his patient. His office staff continues to block my sisters calls to him. They do not allow her to speak to him at all. And now out of know where he has dropped her as patient and I want to know why. She has never been rude or confrontational. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body. I would like for Dr Kallins to call my brother personally and explain why he is doing this.

Every visit with Dr. Kallins is great. He listens to everything I have to say and gives me good medical advise. I have been seeing him for over 6 years and have had nothing but excellent visits. His treatments are the reason that I can walk and function to this day.

Dr. Marc Kallins and Office Coordinator, Lisa Key, are the professionals that goes beyond caring and dedication in providing you with complete satisfaction with your pain management and any other issues you might have. There is not enough stars to rate them.

As like every visit I have had in the past, Dr. Kallins and his staff are very professional and concerned about the patient. I always leave the office feeling that I have received the best care and advise that that is available. I consider myself to be cared for by Dr. Kallins and the folks that work for him.

I was started seeing Dr. Kallins after I was recuperating from a severe motorcycle accident. He treated my pain until the point that I needed another surgery. He explained the pros & cons of multiple cervical fusions & didn't sugar-coat the consequences. In today's world of over prescribed opioids, he knows that to some people pain meds can be a blessing and to others, a curse. In my case, they are a god-send so that I can function. Dr. Kallins is a gifted healer with his patients best interests at the for-front of his treatment plan. A life of 24/7 pain is not much of a life at all. If opioids give a person some relief, even if it is temporary, it should be welcomed as an answer to prayer. I get the feeling that Dr Kallins has an intuition which enables him to weed out the people looking for prescription drugs for recreational purposes. Great caring and compassionate doctor. Diagnosed me when other doctors couldn’t. So glad I found him.

This is probably hands down the best dr.dr I have ever seen.

I have a lot of medical problems... He is a life-saver, he listens, cares and gives thoughtful responses. Im quite fortunate to have his help.

I have been seeing Dr. Kallins for nearly 10 years and have always felt comfortable with him and the entire office staff. Everyone there has always been so helpful, always making my visits as pleasurable as possible. Dr. Kallins has a genuine interest in his patients. Carol and the entire staff have always gone above and beyond helpful.

Dr Kallins is always attentive & is dedicated to give his patients relief from their discomfort and pain so they can lead a productive life. He discusses the pros & cons of the medications or procedures that you will be taking & doesn't "candy coat" the possible outcomes. He has helped me navigate myself through many ailments.

Dr Kallins is the best - he has so much compassion and has been the most valuable person on my team of physicians, as I go through all of my medical issues with him - he is the only one that actually explains the issue and takes the time to help me understand what is going on. My most recent diagnosis I was literally shaking at my appointment, and (he was straight forward as he always is) told me it will be rough but the surgeon is completely competent, as this is all the do and everything will ok. Thank you Doc for everything you do for me.

I've had a lot of health issues in the last few years. Probably too much for my age. This man is one of the best, if not the best, doctor I've ever had

Dr. Kallins listens and truly cares about the health of each of his patients. The staff is also wonderful. I work full time and I am usually on a tight schedule, Carol is great about accommodating my appointment needs. Denise & Lisa are caring and professional. I also need to mention the physical therapists, they are all awesome too.

I would like to say that Dr. Kallins is one of the best doctors for pain mgmnt.. He listens to my concerns and addresses them right away. I had my RX ready for pick up before I left his office. Dr Kallins always makes me feel better about myself. He is to the point and levels with me on my medical issues. He takes the time to explain things and answer my questions. I feel he truly pays attention to my concerns and is direct. I feel very confident in his care.

Doctor Kallins has always helped me with any of my health issues. He is easy to talk to and explains everything in a way that I can understand. I highly recommend him to anyone who may need his services.

Visiting with Dr. Kallins was a great experience from start to finish. The staff called me within a day to schedule a referral appointment from my primary care doctor. I had no waiting room delay and was examined immediately by Dr. Kallins. My appointment was thorough and informative.

I've known Dr. Kallins for more than a decade, and if he were going to "devolve" to be anything less than the kind, loving man and brilliant, caring physician that he is ... Eventually everybody shows their true colors. When it comes to Dr. Marc Kallins, his are the exact "colors" you want in a doctor. He's also intuitive like crazy and knows a lot of "absolutely alternative but not at all weird" things to try for pain relief.

As a patient who goes to Dr. Kallins for pain, I appreciate that there is help out there. Pinnacle helps me with that and has for a few years. The office staff is very helpful and Dr. Kallins is a very caring doctor. It's worth your time to become a patient there. I am glad to be one.

I have been Dr. Kallins patient for some time now and I think he is a great doctor. He really listens to his patients, connects on a personal level and is kind, caring and medically knowledgeable. Dr Kallins is an excellent physician. He was extremely through and took the time to explain in layman’s term my illness. He also took the time to give me suggestions as to coping techniques for my pain. Best physician I have found since moving here!

I have seen a lot of doctors due to my health. I want to say that Dr. Kallins is by far the best. This office staff is professional and helpful. I recently visited Dr.Kallins office and l couldn’t have asked for a better Dr’s office to become my hometown Dr., since l had just moved here in August. Dr. Kallins listened to me as l explained about my injury years ago and what was happening with me now. He was kind and patient with me and l was looking for someone like him, l like the welcoming feeling l was given all the way from the front desk sign in, to the nurse that checked me out and to Dr. Kallins himself. Thank you for you kindness.

Dr. Kallins is a very personable Doctor who cares and treats his patients with excellent care. I have been seeing him for about three years now and each patient is not just a person they are an individual in need of treatment and he provides care in a personable fashion and with professionalism. He has and is helping me without a doubt when no other Doctor has been able to! His office staff is very well knowledgeable, extremely helpful and friendly!!!

I have been under the care or Dr. Marc Kallins, MD for a number of years in which I received pain management services for two lower back surgeries. His post surgery rehab staff did a very good job, caring and responsive om in providing the treatments that put me on the way to a solid recovery. I would highly recommend Dr Kallins for his expertise in providing effective pain management services for me in an instructive way, always asking if I have any other questions or concerns.

Dr. Kallins was very thorough and explained everything he was doing during my nerve test. He went through my results and talked about treatments, and made sure I understood everything he was telling me. The nurse and office staff were very courteous, and I highly recommend Dr. Kallins.

Dr Kallins is the best. I have been going to him for about 12 or so years. I have had surgery on my neck and low back, and he has always been there when I needed help. I would recommend him to anyone who is willing to participate in there own care and jointly work with him for the best results in recovering and managing this type of surgery. I do not like to be medicated and under heavy sedatives and he works with me to resolve pain and be as normal as possible with certain limitations.

Great office, very professional staff. Answers any questions and will explain in a way so you can understand. Very happy with all of Pinnacle.

I have been a patient of DR Marc Kallins for 4 years. I have a severe back injury and have seen many so called doctor over the years and finding DR Kallins has been the best experience I have had of all the many I have seen. DR Kallins is honest and truly cares about his patients which is rare this day. I truly respect DR Kallins and his advice is invaluable it has allowed me to have a decent life again. I am very grateful for the care I receive and feel it is the best in the industry.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Kallins for about 2 years and continue to appreciate his help in managing our pain and overall health. Dr. Kallins really listens and explains treatment options clearly. We also appreciate his willingness to educate and his sense of humor. The office staff is equally delightful and efficient.

I normally don't write on these things, but I couldn't help being so surprised by the response below that I had to comment. Dr. Kallins is a true healer, and a life saver. Unfortunately, many people go to rehabilitation physicians in order to get pain medicine, because they are drug addicts. When a reputable and responsible physician like Dr. Kallins turns these drug addicts away, they get nasty and post defamatory posts (like the one here I'm assuming) To all considering going to Dr. Kallins- he is remarkable, ethical, kind, doctor who truly wants to help people who are ill and in pain. However, if you're just some pill popper off the street, I suggest you find somewhere else to get your fix. He will see through you. He is a physician, not a drug dealer.
