Dr. Marc Hellrung

I was hung up on twice. A new lady answered the third time and was very smug with me but did answer my one question . Never saw Dr. Hellrung Heard he is awesome Doctor though. You just gotta get past the front desk!

We have used Dr. Hellrung for about 16 years. He and his staff are the best!

I had a visit with Hellrung in February of 2019. I am suffering from a very rare condition and have been for years. On my appointment with Hellrung, I explained, thoroughly, what kind of symptoms I was having. The end result was him telling me that it was in my mind and he thought I was perfectly healthy based off of his test results from the lab he had done on me. This guy referred me to a psychologist. Well now, 2 years later, the condition I have been combating for 16 years has now been finally acknowledged by a doctor who listens and doesn't think he is omniscient But it seems to be too late for me as the condition is running its course which will cost the ultimate sacrifice in the end. For years I have felt alone and this guy didn't change that. The experience was a waste of my money, time, and most of all, HOPE.

A very thorough Dr. On my first visit he had already reviewed my records I had sent to his office. So we didn’t have to waste time on me getting him up to speed. He is very kind & compassionate.

Excellent and compassionate doctor. As mentioned, he listens and is super intelligent. Best doctor in my 64 years.

I have known Dr. Hellrung for years. He is thorough and compassionate . He actually listens to his patient. He has a lot of common sense and approaches an issue in a straight forward basic manner. I feel a strong confidence in his decisions.

Dr Hellrung is the most attentive physician I have ever had . A doctor that actually listens to you!

If it allowed me I would say ZERO STARS. This place does not car. Nurse Beckwith does not care. I visited Dr. Hellrung's office in Brandon a couple of weeks ago. I made an appt. a week before with his Nurse Practitioner Shara Beckwith. I was seeking a family doctor who would help me solve a problem of recurring rashes on my body. I told her that I currently had a rash but once it cleared up others would appear on different body parts and that I could not get a Doctor to treat the problem of the recurring rash and not just the rash that was present. Nurse Beckwith acted concerned but still only treated the rash at hand BUT she said if another rash shows up before our next appointment to either take a picture or drop by the office so she could look at it so she would understand better on our next appointment. The rash recurred on my elbow. I dropped by the office. She wouldn't even come out and talk to me. She told the receptionist to tell me to make an appointment. I reminded her that Nurse Beckwith had asked me to drop by and show her. She didn't care. Make an appointment. I said the rash will be gone and other rashes will come and go before I can get in to see her. She said who cares. Make an appointment. Another Dr. and Nurse just looking for money and not actually trying to help people. SAD. If it allowed me I would say ZERO STARS. This place does not car. Nurse Beckwith does not care. Dr. Hellrung and his staff are so nice. Always willing to help and courteous. It is nice to have a Dr. treat the patient not just be treated like a medical record #.
