I originally saw Dr Galloway for a second opinion on my elbow and to discuss shoulder problems I've been experiencing for some time I liked his approach he didn't push physical therapy or injections he gave me home exercises to do for my elbow which is showing significant improvement. At my follow-up visit we discussed my shoulder condition at length which had gotten worse from doing yard work and we looked over a previous MRI I had from another facility and he decided surgery was in order to repair my condition which he described throughly and to my understanding I'm happy I went to Dr Galloway for my exam and consultation it was a pleasure meeting him...

I do NOT recommend Dr. Galloway at all. He performed a surgery on me...and things got tremendously worse. He was so arrogant and wouldn't even acknowledge the issue. He wouldn't listen to my concerns. Totally made me loose trust and faith in doctors.

Dr. Galloway and his staff are nothing less than THE BEST!! ???????? Beacon, not so much. ????????

My son has been a patient of Dr. Galloway’s twice. I couldn’t begin to tell you how impressed we were by him and his team (Laura Garcia). I have 4 sons and through the years we have had a lot of broken bones, surgeries etc. After our recent surgery with Dr. Galloway I will never take my kids anywhere else! I HIGHLY recommend him! He was brilliant and my son was up walking the day after knee surgery. He’s funny, smart and just an all around great doctor! They take the time needed with their patients. They explain the process and put you at ease. He took the worry out of the entire process and I knew right away that my son was in the best of hands. He had a great sense of humor! I’ve been seeing orthopedic doctors for 30 years now (older and younger kids played sports their whole lives.) Hands down, the best doctor we have ever seen! Oh, and I forgot to mention, we just found out he is the Bengals team doctor! How cool is that?!? If you want the best, I highly recommend Dr. Galloway!!!

No bed side manors, late to appointment, rude

I've had two training injuries treated by Dr. Galloway. His advice and care offered have been excellent. I highly recommend him for sports injuries.

Had an appointment with him to see my younger daughter. He lacked bedside manners. Upon his entrance into the room sighed and had an arrogance about his behavior even while examining my daughter. During her examination while moving her leg stated "You are weak" because my daughter winced in pain in response to the movement of her leg. He did not perform hand hygiene before or after contact with patient and we are in a COVID pandemic! Kept peering through his glasses looking like we were wasting his time. Its sad because people like him are what younger kids that look like him look to as role model. But, he was too busy being himself A doctor! She was a kid and he did not show the decency to be kind. Its a business I guess but when people achieve status and lose sight of being personable, having bedside manners or the very reason why they became a doctor then it becomes a monotonous job. Perhaps, he picks and choose those he can be nasty or nice to. It was such a bad experience.

Staff helpful and efficient. Dr. Galloway does not waste time. He tells you what is going on an and gives you options to decide what course you want to take. Highly recommend he is very knowledgeable and is familiar with most current treatments.

He was very rude and disrespectful and literally had me in tears and could of cared less. Won’t be going back. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend anyone see him.

No wait time, great bedside manner

Dr. Galloway is a fantastic surgeon with an incredible Team, complemented by a modern rehab center & incredible Physical Therapists.

Knowledgeable, friendly and professional, Dr. Galloway takes the time to explain your injury and offers choices of treatment. His office staff is efficient and accommodating.

Dr. Galloway is wonderful!!! He has treated everyone in my family and does a great job. He is very friendly and thorough every time we have seen him. He is the best around!

He's to the point, nice, respectful, smart, funny and makes you feel very comfy. The entire staff does a great job!

Saw Dr. Galloway 3 times, he never remembered me or my symptoms/complaint. Felt rushed. Staff did not return my voicemail, then scheduled appointment for wrong office. Not a good experience, went to another doctor.

Dr. Galloway is AMAZING! He was patient, and thorough. Everything was explained to me clearly and concisely. He didn't rush to do surgery, but when it became necessary - he did it. All of the work that I had to have done was minimal, compared to some people (tear, scraping of frayed tissue and bone), but I wasn't treated like my injury was any less than that of anyone else. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my issues, and I have highly recommended him to several others!

So fake

Maybe he was having a bad day, but he made me feel like I shouldn't ask (anymore) questions (or that my questions were stupid) or perhaps he thought we were wasting his time. He seemed very experienced, good diagnosis (first made by another dr), just not very personable. Bedside manner helps build trust for new patients. Loved the other Doctor at the practice though....

I have seen Dr Galloway twice and he was simply outstanding. He spent the appropriate amount of time with me and I did not feel rushed. After an MRI had indicated a torn meniscus, I saw different orthopedist at another facility and was not satisfied. Dr Galloway did a more thorough physical exam and was able to more properly diagnose my pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Galloway to anyone with knee problems.
