Rude staff

Terrible treatment by the doctor. Called me out for being "obese" and harassed me to stop taking my medication immediately - not wean myself off of it - and I never once mentioned wanting to stop taking it! She literally said to me "tell yourself you are a strong woman, and you will be fine." Completely unprofessional and plain rude.

I don't know where to start. If I were to give 0 stars, I would but the minimum is 1 star so.... anyways, I guess I'll start off by saying how this was my first time making an appointment at this center and when I called in, I was greeted by this rude lady on the phone, she hung up on me twice. Told me that there's another line and that I need to call back. And I've contemplated whether I would want to give this place my service and I finally made up my mind to give them a call back to make an appointment. I made an appointment for the following Monday. Monday came around, I came in, gave the front desk lady my Insurance card and she just shook her head saying "what insurance is this, we don't accept this". And that was it. I told her it's from Aetna, and she kept shaking her head, not even once looking at my face, and kind of shooed me off. So rude. She didn't seem like she wanted to help. And I started to wonder if it's because I am Asian. That place is all Russian clients and she was Russian herself. And from the moment I walked in, I was not given a warm welcome. Sorry if this is long, but this is just my experience as a first timer. I definitely would never recommend any of my friends or family members to come here. No one deserves to get treated this way. You get rude service on the phone and in person. They need to hire better people. I don't know where to start.
