He is very unprofessional. His staff is incompetent! Stay away! And he knew Aetna didn’t cover CT scan yet convinced me they did so that I can have a balance of $351. To add, an incomplete and unsuccessful root canal. I’ll stay away from this place! I will also tell Aetna about this terrible experience.

This man crippled me, unable to eat or sleep for dayss!!!! They follow up with you the next day and offer to take a look if you can wait another couple of days. ( not immediately, not same day, not next) You get better service at an Applebees vs the receptionists here. Finally, my wife could not stand to see me dying slowly in pain, she calls to ask exactly what happened and why am i in such pain? He accuses me of acting like a child and making my mom ( who is dead and never spoke a word of english ) call. Imagine you cripple someones kid and then go on to throw dirt on their name after theyve passed. No respect for patients or the deceased . Nothing here but pain.

Scheduled an appointment with my daughter for today 1pm, unfortunately, my youngest 7 month old woke up at 3 AM from a bad cold and cough, while running to the pharmacy I called the office to let them know I wouldn’t be able to take my other daughter to the appointment, the rude receptionist said she’d reschedule my daughter, yet if I cancelled he would not take my daughter as a patient since the “doctor doesn’t like the cancellations” she kept repeating And based on his previous reviews with rescheduling patients over and over again, seems like HIS time is only important. I showed up upset to show them how sick my daughter was and I got asked for proof from the doctor, then asked for my receipt from Walgreens to proof I purchased medicine, doctor came out condescending saying how this isn’t okay, yet my daughter in front of him sick! NEVER AGAIN! I got to say, I love the unproffesionalism of his staff as well with the slick comebacks at every negative review! That alone says a lot!

dr is very rude !!!! but it not that important , he is 0 like a dentist. Don't have any professionalism at all !! Never again!!stuff is also very rude!! He thinks he cares , joke not a doctor clown. just have no chance to change him now ,made very bad choice and suffering now .

Phenominal endodontist and his staff is right up there with him. He explained the procedure from beginning to end and he made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. Dr. G. and his staff make you feel at home. Sidebar: The new facility is well kept and rooms/tools are properly sanitized. ***I recommend him & his staff a million and 10 times***

Dr. Gonzalez offers highly-specialized dental care. He is my "go-to" for problems that other dentists cannot treat. He performed a root canal successfully on one tooth that another dentist claimed had to be removed and will be able to remove a broken dental implant that was improperly done by another oral surgeon. Dr. Gonzalez is not only very competent, he is also very professional, polite, and extremely trustworthy.

Dr. Gonzalez is an amazing root canal dentist, very professional and caring. He was able to save a previous root canal tooth I did at another dentist that was in danger. He explains any dental procedures he is about to perform and the end result for the care of the tooth. His staff are very friendly and he is surrounded by beautiful professional women whose goal is to make you comfortable with any issues such as billings,insurance,appointments.I would definitely recommend to friends&family- Ihab

dr. Manuel Gonzalez is an amazing doctor there is absolutely nothing negative to say about this provider his staff is great but he is amazing great personality, makes every patient feel comfortable there is nothing negative to say about dr.gonzalez he gets the job done right the first time I have had 3 procedures by this dentist and never had any problems with the work he has done.

Dr. Gonzalez is pleasant,knowledgeable. But he has rescheduled my appointment twice. I need four root canals & I came in for a consultation on May 10,2016. I was told that the next opening to get the RC was 10/20/16. WOW 4 mth I requested the day off work and then was rescheduled WOW after waiting 4 months taking a day off work!!! So I was resheduled for 11/18 which tomorrow & was called to be rescheduled 12/12 this s ridiculous I am so upset and the receptionist has no consideration. BAD CS

The building is old it smells and he is not very nice to children!

Excellent doctor and staff! Unfortunately he is so booked it's hard to get appointments but if you can wait, he is well worth it.

The man is a fraud who attempted to prey on my son, and I hope he gets caught. First, he began by insisting on giving my son x-rays a year before any dental association recommends it. Second, after the xrays came back clean, he insisted that my son some months later had developed four cavities or dirty teeth as he claimed. To cut to the quick, Second and third opinions proved he had none, and this was a year ago. Please parents beware of this monster.
